  1. A similar 24-day Sugarfina calendar that Neiman Marcus sells has been discounted to $16 (+$8 shipping).

  2. Ordered the papersource one for $40 and my husband found the one from Sugarfina locally. BOTH have the same exact candy but the Sugarfina one has a prettier box…I guess that’s where the extra $10 goes?

    • hihi

wow – is it really the same exact candy? other people said it was 80% the same?

I already got the Lady M advent calendar to share with my son – but I really want the candies from the sugarfina one too!! 😛

      • No, it’s not completely the same candy. I have both. Majority are the same, but there are several that are different 🙂

  3. Macy’s has this for $33.60 and free shipping right now 🙂

  4. It is back in stock at PaperSource but I can’t find a code that works. Anyone?

    • Cindy, I have gotten several emails from them since placing my order, but I couldn’t find an active coupon code. If I get one, I will post it here. I went to look at this calendar again and noticed that the price is now $50! It was $40 when this was posted. I am even more grateful for the deal that I found on this site! I received mine from Paper Source very quick and it is sooo nice! The candy is almost the same. 😀

  5. I just wanted to let y’all know that I was just now able to buy the Sugarfina Advent from Paper Source, with the 30% off code! Thank you to whoever mentioned that! I really hope this one has close to the same candy. My kids will love this! I put it in my cart on the Sugarfina website and the shipping was going to be $15, so that was a deal breaker. Paper Source has free ship at $40.

    • The Paper Source one doesn’t have the all of the exact same candy, but I’d say about 80% is the same!

    • I was just able to get it too! Thank You!

  6. Thanks – sold out at Paper Source – picked up one from Neiman. We had one last year and this year’s Sugarfina looks exactly the same as last years – not sure if it is exactly different. Hoping the Neiman one is different.

My daughter dislikes chocolate so this one is good for her!

    • The Neiman Marcus one has the same candy list, so same as last year’s, but at least it was good!

      • Got the Neiman Marcus one and Paper Source one and they have the SAME EXACT candy list. Neiman’s was marked down to $38. The box has more artistry. Bought straight from Sugarfina last year – and even if same candy, my daughter loved it. Sugarfina’s box design looks like the same exact one from 2019.

  7. I really enjoyed this calendar last year, but this year I went slightly cheaper with the Sugarfina x Paper Source advent calendar. I’d say about 80% of the candy is the same as this one (they don’t list the candy inside for the Paper Source one), and the container is less extravagant, but I’m just as happy with it cause it was a bit cheaper.

    • I just looked it up. That one is cute!

    • 30% off today at paper source, code oneday30

      • Woo hoo!

      • Thanks so much!

      • A great deal, thank you! The boxes aren’t quite as cute, but the men in my life (2 sons + husband) won’t care!

    • Went to order on Papersource and itbis oops. Sad¹

      • Ugh, I figured that would happen. I notified MSA of both Sugarfina and the Paper Source advent calendars going live back on Sept 17 in hopes they would notify readers on time 🤦‍♀️

  8. Neiman Marcus also has (I think) a slightly different 24-day Sugarfina advent calendar for $48, and with free shipping. They also have an Eight Nights of Light Calendar too(!) for $20 (w/free shipping).

    • Neiman now says it is $8 shipping for their calendar

  9. I bought it last year for my mom. However last year over $50 was free shipping so I added some chocolate bars to send it to her. This year I haven’t seen any free shipping on the site and it adds up quickly – no flat rate. I’d definitely check that as before it’s kept me from ordering.

I’ve had the candy before and really enjoyed it. Same for my mom. Definitely sample size in the advent calendar, think 4 pieces, but quite a few flavors.

  10. I’m tempted to get this as a gift. Has anyone purchased it in years past that? What are your thoughts?

    • Sorry! Meant to reply directly to you. See the comment above.

      • Thank you 😊

    • We had it last year and enjoyed it. The box is sturdy and could be used again. I believe LJ is right- about 4 pieces each day, nice variety.

      • Thanks!
