Here is the info book for this month’s box. This month’s theme is “Surya Namaskar," which are sun salutations!
The back of the booklet contains a sun salutation asana to encourage energy and wellness. I don't feel like I've done yoga if I haven't done at least one sun salutation during the practice!

Tiny Bandit Moon Milk Candle + Crystal, 3.25 oz - Buy a 9 oz candle for $64 here
The scent of this candle and the crystals in it were made exclusively for Yogi Surprise, and I love it. The amazonite crystals have been cleansed with pure Himalayan Sea Salt and then charged in the sunshine of Southern California. I really enjoyed the light fragrance the candle it emits (my nose picks up an airy citrus note), but I wish there was more information about the specific scent and what properties amazonite has. That detail aside, I keep this candle next to my laptop while I type and the flickering flame with the pretty crystals brings me joy.

Aves Jewelry Chakra Keychain
This colorful chakra strand has a tree of life pendant on one side and a lobster clasp on the other, along with a feather chain. You can add this to your keys or a zipper pull to add a pop of color and positivity to everyday items.

Reign Together Massage Oil, 50 mL - Estimated Value $37.50 (Buy a 2 oz bottle for $45)
This item was the highlight of the box for me. This massage oil is made with broad-spectrum hemp oil and is lightly scented with citrus. I normally like a strong citrus scent, but considering that after one massage about 1/5 of the bottle was empty, the lighter scent level was perfect- anything heavier would have been overpowering. This is on the pricier end considering the amount of oil needed for a full massage, but both my partner and I enjoyed it so this just felt like a special treat. I can't say if the relaxation I experienced was from the hemp or the massage itself, but I was just happy to have the bliss.

Moji Sports Massage Trigger Ball - Retail Value $24.95
This massage ball is made of natural rubber and allows for more targeted pressure relief than a foam roller. I did find this a bit difficult to control- it is just a ball of solid rubber, so when you hit the right spot it feels amazing, but it is a little unwieldy. Regardless of that, this little ball has already been used multiple times and will continue to be utilized.

Vadham Turmeric Spice Tea, 15 ct - Retail Value $11.99
This tea is a spicy blend of turmeric, cardamom, cloves, and black pepper. This is the kind of tea I want to cuddle up with after a long day, and my preference is to drink it with milk added in as a tea latte. This tasted like a high-quality tea with a strong flavor, however, I am bummed that the "best by" date is pretty close to when this box was received.

Dr. Botanicals Cocoa + Coconut Mask, 1 oz - Retail Value $12.99
This was a variant item, but every subscriber should receive a “healing body care” item. This mask has cocoa butter, coconut oil, and sweet almond oil to deeply nourish your skin. I left this on for ten minutes after doing an exfoliating mask, and my skin was soft and soothed. 1 oz is on the smaller side for masks, but the price is affordable enough to make up for it.
The Verdict: I can always count on Yogi Surprise to deliver items that I will enjoy- that candle is absolutely lovely, and the body oil was a big treat. Value-wise I couldn't find a value for everything, but the values I did find added up to $87.43. When you throw in the value for the candle and keychain, I definitely think you meet the promised value of $100.
