FabKids (little sister brand to Fabletics and JustFab) is a monthly clothing subscription for boys and girls that allows you to shop in two ways - you can shop the regular store, or you can sign up for their VIP membership. VIP memberships work like this:
- Take the FabKids quiz for your child (for multiple children you can add a kid) to note their size and style preferences.
- Each month, FabKids releases a new collection and they will curate looks that match your child's preferences which you can view in their personalized FabShop.
- Shop those looks at 40% off what you’d get just paying retail, or skip the month. You have to make your decision by the 5th of the month. If you do neither, the $29.95 monthly membership fee will be saved to your account as a credit, which you can put towards other outfits later.
- As you shop, you’ll also earn points that can be applied towards future purchases.

When you sign up they will ask you a few questions about your child: their name, age, clothing size, favorite weekend activity, and which outfit you prefer out of a few options. This helps to personalize your child's "FabShop" each month. If you have multiple kids you are shopping for, there is an option to "add a kid."

Unicorn Tulle Dress, Size M - Retail Value $36.00, VIP Cost $29.95 (currently on sale for $17.99)
My daughter loved this dress from the moment she saw it! She loves flowy dresses that she can twirl in and this tulle skirt is so much fun! I loved the color while she loved the shiny unicorns on the front. While I'm sure a small would have been fine on her, I ordered a size up so that this dress can last her a little longer and to ensure it would be long enough on her since she never stops growing! I think she could easily add some leggings and a cardigan to this one and wear it in the winter since the colors feel very much like a winter palette.

Ruffle Front Jumpsuit, Size M - Retail Value $36.00, VIP Cost $29.95
With her love of rompers and jumpsuits, I knew we couldn't pass up on this one that was on sale for $15.00. I love the color and the fun ruffles at the front panel. We probably won't pair it with this pink shirt normally, but I think this deep teal will pair with a lot of different colors well. It is a bit long on her (the pants are meant to be cropped), but I am hoping that this may make it through spring for her as long as she doesn't have a major growth spurt! She loved that it was soft, flowy, and comfortable to play in.

Sequin Stripe Capri Legging, Size M - Retail Value $16.00, VIP Cost $14.95
These capris looked like they would be fun with their pink sequin stripes and she was all about them! I was a little concerned with how see-through they are, but I told her she just has to make sure she has on a longer T-shirt that covers her bottom. These fit her well and will be perfect for moving around in. We got these on sale for $8.00!

Cactus Garden Legging, Size M - Retail Value 16.00, VIP Cost $12.95
This next pair of leggings was on sale for $6.00 and she loved all of the different shades of pink in them! They actually match the shirt she's wearing perfectly! Since I sized up, they are slightly baggy and long on her, but I am sure they will be fitting her in no time. They still stayed up on her waist and were comfortable for her to wear. These were also less sheer than the capris!

Soft Legging in Rose Shadow, Size M - Retail Value 16.00, VIP Cost $12.95
This last pair of leggings fit her the same as the pair above. I figured that this soft pink color will pair well with a lot of her tops. They seem like they will hold up well just as previous leggings we have bought from them have! These were on sale for $5.00 so they were a great deal, too!
The Verdict: I love when FabKids has a sale! You can really find some cute items and lately, I've actually been having difficulty shopping online at retail stores because they never have the sizes that I need. This service is such a great alternative and I love that the clothing is very original and unique. My daughter loves the styles, too! This month my total came to $48.02 (including taxes and $6.95 shipping) and I received a dress, a jumpsuit, and three pairs of pants which normally retail for $120.00 ($100.75 with VIP savings). I think I got a pretty great deal this month!

Value Breakdown: The total retail price for everything is $120, but the VIP total is $100.75. That’s a VIP savings of about 16%. Since I paid sale prices my total was $48.02 which is a savings of 60%!
