Emma & Chloé June 2020 Review

This month’s box arrived with a smaller booklet than normal. In typical E&C fashion though, it is still lovely!

Let’s peek inside!

Iris Earrings – Retail Value $88.00

These aren’t the sort of earrings I tend to wear, but there is something appealing about how oversized and geometrically inspired they are. I also like that they are named “Iris” and the drop portion of the earring has these little organic lines around it that look like the patterns inside the human iris. The top circle has more of a grainy sort of texture.

For being so large they are still really lightweight! They also have a lot of movement which makes them even more pretty on because all of those textures catch the light beautifully. Though again, this isn’t really my style, but I can’t deny how chic they look with a plain black tee and some beat-up jeans. I think I will likely end up wearing these a lot more than I first thought.

All Emma & Chloé pieces also come with a certificate of authenticity card plus care instructions on the back:

Verdict: These earrings are way out of my wheelhouse, but that can be a good thing. I have really been wearing so many smaller studs and huggie hoops. Maybe it is time to mix it up! I can see these looking super sleek with a black turtleneck in the winter and a top knot.

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Yes! From Emma & Chloé:

The first piece you’ll receive is the piece of the month you were first charged for. So if you order before the 31st of the month you will receive your box between the 5th and the 15th of the following month.”

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

  1. Life is too short. Wear the hoops!

  2. They are pretty but look like a winter season to me.

  3. Oooh I love them! I really like Emma & Chloe. I wear their pieces often, daily when I’m working. They have good sales and promos. I’ve had good luck with the quality of their pieces. Twice in 1-2 years I’ve had a piece break and they’ve sent me replacements. Great CS

  4. These earrings are so pretty, but just too big for me, so I’ll be putting mine up for swap so someone else can enjoy them.

  5. I love these, but they are really heavy for my ears. Any suggestions?

    • I’ve heard that if you use the type of earring back that has the clear plastic circle thing (ugh, sorry, I have no idea what they are called, hopefully you know what I’m talking about) those can really help. My understanding is that they offer support and distribute the weight better than if you use the little back like the ones that came with this. Maybe something to try?

      • THANKS!

  6. I wore these right after I got them and have to admit I love them way more than I thought it would! I will be wearing these alot.
