Sock Panda Review + Coupon – June 2020

Sock Panda is a monthly sock subscription service. With each shipment, you’ll receive a surprise selection of quality socks from their own house brand with plenty of eye-catching colors and unique designs.

According to the Sock Panda site, this subscription’s products are designed in Venice, CA and made in a family-run factory in Lima, Peru. Sock Panda is committed to making the world a better place— as of January 2018 the company has donated nearly 100,000 socks to homeless shelters, low-income senior centers, hospitals, and under-privileged classrooms throughout the country!

Sock Panda offers subscriptions for men, women, teens, and kids ages 3-8. When you sign up, you’ll pick some style preferences (Wild & Crazy, Patterns & Prints, or One of Each) and note whether you’d like to receive one or two pairs per month.

This review is of the Women’s 2-pair “Wild and Crazy” subscription for $20 a month.

My June 2020 Sock Panda Review

When you join Sock Panda, you can choose between one or two pairs of socks a month. You also can choose between “wild & crazy,” “patterns & prints,” or one of each. I chose to receive “wild & crazy” because my socks are the only exciting part of my outfits while staying at home!

Peacock Socks

Now these are some wild socks! Check out these green, orange, yellow, and black socks adorned with what I think are peacocks. I am definitely appreciating the fact that these are unlike any other item of clothing I own – they will surely spice up my sock drawer! I found it interesting that these socks are back to the older style featuring the “Sock Panda” and “Give Back” logos. I also noticed that unlike in the past, these socks have a bit more stretch to them than the older styles. While the old style fit my legs just fine, I have to say these ones are a tad bit more comfortable and I am hoping this is a permanent change!

Rockin’ Flower Socks

Hehehe, aren’t these rock and roll flower socks funny? I am an avid gardener, so I got a kick out of these! While the tan background of these socks seemed to blend in with my legs, I really enjoyed the contrast the tan, black, and orange offered. They, like the peacock socks, are unlike anything I own, and my kids absolutely loved them! Check out the face on the guitar player daisy! They just crack me up! Like the other socks, these too feature the “Sock Panda” and “Give Back” logos, and seem to be a bit more stretchy. Rock on!!

Verdict: Sock Panda was a good month this month! I enjoyed the color theme this month, and although I don’t own a ton of clothes in these particular colors, they sure spiced up my sock drawer! I am getting quite burnt out on this quarantine business, so seeing these in the mail made my day. My kids got a kick out of the rock and roll socks in particular, and wearing them just made me feel happier. I can’t wait to see they send for July!

While I am taking a time-out from being a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, I am currently staying at home with my 2 sweet boys! My first subscription was Julep thanks to happening upon the MSA website, and it all went downhill from there! I have subscribed to Ipsy, Boxycharm, Degustabox, Julep, Graze, Bluum, Walmart, and more because I love a good surprise! I truly am a subscription addict!
