I canceled. There’s too many repeat items and even though I was with Boxycharm for over 2 years and stuck with them through all the drama regarding expired and fake stuff, I canceled last month because I’ve been getting the absolute worst variations, even though I leave review so they know what to put in my box. They make it seem good like Oh, look, Kylie in a base box! Plus more! Then lo and behold you get a different product and some stupid repeat box fillers. I’m over it. They need to get better. Their advertising is such to pull you in with amazing spoilers but 1 out of 10 people actually get the good variations. I legit got variation 80 something. Seriously? Over 80 variations? It wasn’t this much when I just signed up 2+ years ago. Also, they’ve been focusing so much of premium and giving base members stupid stuff. It’s not fair because we still paying customers. I’m switching back to Ipsy. Their add-ons are bomb! Sunday Riley, Kate Somverville, etc etc. like YAAAS. Here for it. Also whenever I wanna shop pop up everything good is sold out on early access anyway, so whatever. I’d rather shop ipsy deals

Premium has been worst than base box last 2 months for me and that’s saying something since my last two base boxes had been less than satisfactory xD

I cancelled in March. I want to sign back up but afraid I’ll get the orange palette or the zoeva ones. I wish they had a better sign up offer the $5 on add ons is a joke. I would love a non neutral palette. No more orange ones either.

Does anyone know if you chose not to get that Zoeva palette in the past, if you could still get it now? That would be pretty sucky if you didn’t want it before so you chose something else and then you get it in a different months box. Seems like something boxy would do.

They sent me a Zoeva palette instead of the serum I chose a couple of months ago. I was bummed, but pleasantly surprise after using it. It blends nicely, and the colors are pretty.

Oh, you can totally get it. I did NOT choose the Ace Beaute palette as my choice item…but they gave it to me anyway. They completely do not honor your choice item and do nothing to make it right. Then they gave me the other color of the same Ace Beaute palette last month. Both are useless to me because of the crazy colors and the formula….ugh. Even the most muted pink was ridiculously bright. Same thing happened the next time they didn’t give me my CONFIRMED choice item…they gave me one of those Zoeva palettes. It’s terrible too. I do not need or want more eye shadow and it sucks they keep giving me this junk when I am choosing the skincare items. I do not like that they put old awful stuff in our box, they should figure out how to order what they need or put it in pop-up or charm room….there is NOTHING in the charm room. I take that back, there are 3 or 4 items in there that no one wants AND BC already put those sad things in my box.

You could totally still get a Zoeva palette. A few months back with Choice, I chose to get the mini curling iron instead of the Murad eye cream. Guess who got the eye cream in their May boxy? This gal.

It seems that if you didn’t get it in the past, you may end up getting it. I didn’t want the mini curling iron from a previous box because I have naturally curly hair. I never put heat on my hair. I rated the product low in hopes that I wouldn’t get it in the future or any similar product. I ended up getting it in my May base box along with other repeats.

I bought the Kylie face wash and the First Aid Beauty Bump Eraser from ULTA last month because of the spoilers. I could have gotten the box, but I never get everything I really want to try So I went for it. The face wash is good, I like it cause it doesn’t leave behind a greasy feeling I feel others do. It may not be a holy grail, but I did feel clean.
The First Aid Beauty is like a peel for your body so I have only been able to use once a week. It works but remember to put sunscreen or moisturizer if you step out because you will feel it lol.

Too bad Sephora isn’t doing samples because the body scrub is definitely one of those that I don’t think everyone will have a good reaction too. I have dry and sensitive skin, it really can make you even more sensitive lol but I could deal with it. I should have known when the bottle says to do once or twice a week if you can tolerate it.

I haven’t gotten Boxy in 6 months. I saved my money and bought a makeup vanity. I signed back up for this months box. I’ve got to save for a few more things. Am rewarding myself 1 Boxy. I need save for a vanity chair and drawers.

Want to try the FAB and Purlisse BB Cream(lightest shade) so bad! Everything else is fillers..meh..Fingers crossed..but I usually end up with bad variations. If anyone gets them and wants to sell/trade them..please please keep me in mind! Ksifford at gmail.

That polar bear shared planet palette along with that BB cream is the 2 main reasons I cancelled luxe this month! I really hope I get them… last 2 months have been busts for both premium and base and I can’t justify the monthly expense if it continues to be bad. May have to cancel til they get their crap in order. But then again… watch the months I am cancelled for be the best months ever xD

I don’t know if you’ve used it before but the Purlisse BB Cream is fantastic! I prefer it to foundation. Makes my 48-year-old skin flawless and blends like a dream. I will say that I am usually “Light” in any BB/CC cream and Medium is my shade in the Purlisse, which really surprised me. I hope you get to try!
