My app works but neither the app nor the website reveals my box yet.

Same here. It says I have a box on the way. Hopefully everything’s in order and it’s not a duplicate May box, which is what it appears to be on the website.

The app stopped working for me on Monday. I couldn’t even reset my password through website. I never got the email reset even after multiple requests. When I sent a message through the website, the confirmation stated that the app may be down for up to two weeks. Would have been nice on BB’s part to send an email to everyone stating the problem.

I’ve had that issue since last week and emailed their customer service about it. The rep told me their app was being worked on/updated and that it should be operational some time this week. I would have expected it to be ready by the time June boxes were being billed, revealed and shipped!
