Society Socks Men's Review May 2020

This month, Society Socks is spreading the love by allowing you to give a one-month subscription to a friend. Just share the code with whomever you feel needs a lift and get them to mention you in the notes.

Okay, onto the socks. Each month, subscribers receive two pairs of socks each featuring Society Socks' own designs. Usually, one pair will have a quirkier design and the other will be more abstract. All Society Socks pairs are made with an 80% cotton, 15% spandex, 5% elastane blend. There's no extra cushioning on the sole, so they're more like formal socks in that regard. The socks come up around 2/3 to my knee. I am 5'9".

Warm Rainbow Socks

Now that we're venturing out of the house a little more, these colorful socks are the perfect way to add a pop of color to my outfit. The horizontal stripes are blue, yellow, green, and orange. The toes, heels, and tops are the same navy blue found in the stripes. In fact, I really like how the blue stripe bleeds right into the middle of the heel. The pattern kind of reminds me of the shirts Bert and Ernie wear. Very warm and inviting.

Tiny Octopus Socks

The second pair in this set features a pattern of tiny pink octopi against a dark blue background. The accents of the socks are also pink to complement the sea animals, which have squinting eyes. It almost feels like they would be smiling at you, if a mouth were included. These are definitely my favorite of the two pairs. They are classic, but also fun.

Verdict: Society Socks hasn't let me down yet, although I usually enjoy the more abstract pair over the bright, colorful ones. The mix of fun and formal is on the mark each month. I would say the octopi pair is favorite of the three months I've been reviewing this subscription. My sock drawer is quickly becoming more diverse. I'll soon have a pair for any mood or occasion.

To Wrap Up:

Hi Alison,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Someone from our team has been actively working with you over the last week to resolve this, and a replacement order with tracking has already been sent out 🙂

If there is anything else we can help you with please do not hesitate to reach out. This was an issue with USPS which we only recently become aware of. We will do our best to make sure it does not happen again!

Thank you for your response. Yes it took over a week to work with customer service. It was a very frustrating process. Hopefully we will receive the shipment you are referring to. I thought based off your mission this process would have been a lot smoother.

I signed up for the 6 month package for my husband at Christmas. We have only received 2 months worth and customer service is awful!
