I hate to ask this but I cancelled my sub when the spring spoilers came out. I like this box but would like it a lot better with the $20 off coupon. Anyone know if they will accept this coupon if you were a member before or if you sign up with a new email address, like FFF does?

I got the spring box when it was BOGO and received it yesterday but when I opened the box with the bowls two were broken. Does anyone know what to do when this happens? All I found online was Popsugar’s refund/ return policy but it doesn’t say anything about damaged items.

One of my bowls was broken and I had a replacement (in the exact color that was broken too) within 10 days. They are fantastic about customer service (at least in my experience).
Those bowls are everything in my household – my husband actually asked for another set of four for his birthday this year, so he always has a set of “his bowls” XD

I received a broken tray – they will probably request photos of the damage. I received a quick response and replacement -but this was pre-pandemic so I’m not certain if they are fully staffed now.

I received two broken boeksin March pre-shelter in place. I emailed, they responded asking for a photo. I sent a photo and I received two replacement of the correct colors late April. I assume it took them a bit longer to respond to the COVID-19 crisis but I thought that was pretty good considering what was going on very happy with Popsugar!

Just email. I emailed them in March about a necklace from the Fall 2019 box because the stones had fallen out after minimal wear. They let me choose the same or a different necklace as a replacement. They just asked me to send a photo of the defective item. Great service, although slow to ship.

So sorry about that! I had some issues too and I emailed CS. I haven’t been lucky with both winter and spring boxes from psmh and with their CS – perhaps they are overwhelmed by a lot of requests. Despite the fact that it hasn’t been a 5 star-service for me (quite the opposite), I’d report the problem to them. They might be able to solve it or have some alternatives. Good luck!

It depends on the month – often PS just feels like higher-quality versions of FFF items, but sometimes one of the two boxes is a major hit or miss.
Personally I would switch to Journee Box for a consistently amazing (but comparable in terms of price and items) box with wayyyy better curation!

IMO Fabfit fun is a better deal, but PS is more luxe so I usually enjoy it more as a special treat. FFF I end up giving lots of stuff away as gifts and PS I almost always keep everything.

This is a nice spoiler! I’m currently waiting to hear back from Popsugar regarding the Glow Recipe cream missing from my Spring box, so whether or not I stay subbed depends on they’re handling of the issue, but Summer is shaping up to be a good box.

So sad. This box had such great potential. I received a broken bowl in the last box, I emailed customer service. They answered right away and asked for pictures and the color of the bowl (which I sent). I never heard anything back. I sent 3 additional emails 2 dats apart. Not thrilled.

I’m sorry to hear that because I’ve always found them very helpful. I got the wrong necklace for the winter box and they send me a new one. Then I had billing issues and they sorted it out. I would keep trying. Sometimes they are slow to respond in the off-box cycle.

Hurray! I LOVE this spoiler! I wasn’t super happy with the quality of products in the FFF and the repeats, but this box by PopSugar looks special. I’m totally making the switch. Another box I’m thrilled to be receiving soon is the Margot Elena box~quality products, the packaging is gorgeous and the value is superb.
