I want to subscribe but I don’t want any skin care products. How do I do for not to get them?

I don’t understand? There was no eye cream on choice. It was Elemis facial resurfacing pads, Glamglow mask or Hourglass highlighting stick? I mean, people can be hella picky. It’s $25 bucks a month. You’re getting 5-6 products a month for that price. Even if you don’t love everything in the box, it’s still a killer deal. Heck, the choice items are already worth more than $25. If u don’t like it, just cancel. And for everyone saying I’ll just take my $25 and buy one item I want. If u go to Sephora or Ulta, you’re gonna have to at least take $50 to get one decent item. It’s a good deal, I wish people would stop complaining so much.

It was in premium, but they certainly didn’t honor my choice in the premium box, I chose the eye cream, and I am not sure what they gave me in it’s place, hope to have better luck with the base box,not very happy with premium at all

Too many facial creams and no make up and I have lots of eye shadow pallets wish they would have more concealers or blush or lipsticks

They have admitted to others that they don’t follow that. If they did, I wouldn’t have gotten the honey potion and gotten a palette instead (not that I am mad at getting honey potion. I actually liked that skincare product).

Hmm… I don’t think I am getting the jouer lippie…. I had the glamglow as choice and with a box weight of 1.6lbs… seems too heavy for the good stuff this month has to offer ;_;
On the side, I know they said most boxes won’t go until the 15th, but why all these people getting both base and premium shipping at the same time! My premium hasn’t shipped yet!
Also, anyone else feel it’s unfair that the eye cream is the ones getting the palette while it was the most expensive option for choice?

I have a subscription for the regular monthly box, Premium, and Luxe. Premium is a joke. Better products come in the monthly box and the last few months have been pretty bad in that as well. For the money I am spending I could go buy the one product that is good out of the box. Hope this improve soon.

I had to cancel once the quarantine happened as I no longer have extra money. I’m actually quite happy that I did cancel. The last couple of months haven’t really interested me and now I have the extra money to purchase what I really want & in the shades I love! They should have a pause option like Ipsy does.

I canceled, Ipsy has been knocking it out of the ballpark for me. Boxycharm keeps sending me products I can’t use.
One month they sent me skincare for Acne, on my beauty profile I put I had dry skin.
Last month they sent me false eyelashes, that was the last thing I want or need.
When you contact them they ignore you and also after you E-mail them, they reply back that you have to confirm your email by clicking a link, or they won’t email you back. Then and only then can you proceed to Email the message you already typed the first time around.

If you sign up for a May box, take a screenshot of the home page beforehand. I signed up last month for the April box and they sent me a March mystery box even though in the my items section it clearly shows “April 2020 box.” I emailed them the screenshot but they refused to do anything. They said the April box had already sold out when I signed up, yet the homepage said, “Get the April Box.” It never occurred to me to take a screenshot of the homepage. In fact, from now on, I’m going to take a video of the whole process just to cover all my bases.

Hey Ashley I ended up getting my box Wednesday and it ended up actually being the April products. I ordered days after you so definitely thought I would be getting a mystery box like you did. The products I received were:
1. ELEMIS Cleanaing Foam
2. Makeup Eraser
3. The colorful brush set
4. Benefit porefessional moisturizing primer.
5. Iconic London illuminating drops.
The Iconic London bottle ( most expensive product in my box) had spilt all over the box in shipping , and I was afraid that Boxy might not replace it ( especially if they had ran out of April product like they told you) but they were surprisingly great about it and after I sent them a photo of the damaged product next to my box’s shipping label they requested a new bottle be shipped to me.
The only complaint I have now is that there wasnt a product card in my box so I don’t have access to see what I’m getting next month like some others do.

same thing happened to me. i ordered earlier in april because i saw the page with the items, then i received a july 2019 box. i remembered because i watched a kathleen lights unboxing 🙄 literally ridiculous. then i canceled the day they charged me for may and they said my box was already being prepared. bull!!!

The email I got from customer service said they ran out of the April 2020 box on April 14th. Please let me know what you get. It did not say mystery box when I signed up on the 20th. When did you sign up?

boxy is becoming a joke. U pay for premium and the stuff u get is less then a base box. Base box is almost to the point of not worth gettin but u have to get it to get luxe. Spoilers don’t even matter anymore cause there is usually over a 100 different variations so whats the point. I dropped ipsy to keep boxy but now I know myself and few others r ready to drop boxy just for ipsy or other subs out there. Boxy needs to step up or get out!!!
