Pura Vida Bracelet Club April 2020 Review

Pura Vida sent this cute fold-out card that tells a little bit about their company and how they give back. This card also includes a nice thank you for your support as well as a cute sticker hidden behind that fun pineapple at the end of the card! This month's custom design is really fun!

Your bracelets will arrive in a small drawstring bag with the Pura Vida Monthly Club logo on the outside. These bags are great for storing your bracelets or taking them with you when you travel.

Cowrie Charm Bracelet

Our first bracelet is a beachy cowrie charm. It's actually a decent-sized charm, but it doesn't feel bulky to me and it's comfortable to wear since the bottom side is flat where it sits against your wrist. I think it's cute sitting on the small black braid and the tiny turquoise stone is a fun little accent.

This one makes me feel ready for summer!

Patterned Bracelet

This bracelet is so pretty! It's a nice wide, colorful bracelet and the colors are perfect for spring to me. Since it also has the coral and pink in it, this will also be great to wear into the summer as well. It ties in nicely with our cowrie charm since it has the black string and that little pop of turquoise.

I think this one is my favorite this month because it's so bold and different from the usual bracelets they send!

Turquoise Braided Bracelet

This last bracelet is a simple braid but it has that pretty turquoise color that ties it in well with the other two bracelets. The color is really pretty and I'm sure this will pair nicely with several others in my bracelet stash!

Simple and cute!

Here they all are together. This month's set felt so cohesive and they all complemented each other so well!

I love that these bracelets feature bands that you can adjust to fit your wrists comfortably. If the bracelet ends are too long on your wrist, check out this YouTube tutorial on how to shorten the ends!

The threads are also coated in wax, which means you can wear them at the beach or in the shower if you're too lazy to remove them like I am! These bracelets definitely hold up over time, which is one of the many reasons I love them.

The Verdict: I loved this month's Pura Vida Bracelet Club pack! The colors were so pretty and the bracelets were really unique. It also felt like a very cohesive set since the bracelets worked so well together. I love the beachy vibe of the cowrie bracelet and that wide patterned bracelet is one that is just as beautiful on its own since it's so interesting! A great set for $14.95!

I am a homeschooling mom to 4 kids; 1 girl and 3 boys. While I have been reviewing boxes since 2018 and I love the luxury of trying new products, I'm also balancing it out by dabbling in a little bit of homesteading, too. We now have 4 chickens and a rabbit and my sourdough starter is going strong! I love learning about new brands and sharing the great things I find with others in hopes that they find something new to love or to fit their needs!

LOVE the wide bracelet!

The wide bracelet is also wax coated, which means it’s realllly stiff. I loved the colors in this months pack but the wider bracelets are always a bit uncomfortable for me.

Amy

Is the wide bracelet wax coated thread too or only the narrow braids?

I used to love making those, but I never dabbled in any materials beyond plain old embroidery floss! They’re one of the few trends from middle school I’m actually glad to see back!
