For what it’s worth, I enjoyed this tube. The natural deodorant seems to work well although it needs to be reapplied often and I love the hair conditioning spray. I have too many mud masks so was not excited about that product. Bath bombs are always welcome in my household.
Luna, I saw that ad in the magazine and thought darn my Dillard’s is closed. I bought the the box in November in store only and enjoyed that one. I wonder if they might consider an online release? Time will tell I suppose.
Oh dang… duh, it didn’t even occur to me that they’d still be closed. Everything will be closed where I’m at until early May! That’d be cool if they were sold online. I recall them doing that once maybe 2 or 3 years ago, but after that it seemed like it was only in store. 🙁 for those of us without a Dillards, but I’m thrilled for those of you that have one!
I’m really enjoying my tube and feel like the value is there. The purpose is to test new products. Boxes won’t be making any money if they only sent full size cult beauty products. I also appreciate how they curate products with different price points – items I may actually consider purchasing again. There is always a smart, unique twist to there tubes. Last month it was the butt mask, this month I feel like it is the V-friendly bath bomb.
I LOVED the Dr. Dennis daily pads so much, I immediately ordered a 60 day supply. I just had a mini spa afternoon (nice to unwind with all the craziness going on right now), and I used the Whish renewing mask, the Daily Dose spray in conditioner one of the bath bombs. I have nothing but ❤️
I know a lot of people are complaining about the hair, dental products etc-but personally I love receiving these products. To me “beauty” is far more than just skin-care products!
Hi Meriska,
Thank you so much for your feedback 💛 Our editors work hard to deliver the best beauty products possible, and we’re glad it showed in our latest TestTube ☺️
Perfectly said! I love my tube. There is always discovery and fun product. I love how they include product to face, body, teeth, legs, hair etc. I never get bored with tube. There for sure some product I don’t like or don’t care but at least I am having fun trying and discovering it.
I’m an annual subscriber and I liked this box. It made me happy when I opened it. The daily dose leave in conditioner and all natural deodorant are great. I don’t understand all the complaints posted in the spoiler. If a reader isn’t wowed by the spoiler then don’t buy the box, but spreading negativity to other readers and potential subscribers can have powerful economic consequences for small companies.
This sub is the best value for the money IMHO and the majority of their boxes have been super. Plus they send their magazine subscription for free. I’m gonna keep supporting them; especially in this economic climate where many will go under.
This is exactly the place to discuss our opinions on boxes, good or bad and I would imagine companies WANT to hear HONEST feedback from their customers about what they do and don’t like in order to continue improving, stay competitive and maintain their subscribers.
Well, the problem is, many are stuck in annual subscription so they don’t have a say whether to get a box or not. So in this case, by all means, they should say how they feel.
If people are concerned that they won’t like a particular box, or tube as the case may be, then maybe they shouldn’t lock themselves into an annual sub.
I’m getting concerned that m supposed to be charged on the 11th for the next TestTube but they haven’t released any spoilers yet. I skipped the last box and will skip again if no spoilers are released in the next couple of days.
Although they were late releasing spoilers for the March tube, they typically don’t release spoilers for the next tube until the end of the prior month. So for May’s tube (the next tube after March), they won’t release spoilers until late April (assuming they’ll be back to their regular spoiler schedule).
When I emailed them about that date, they assured me that all spoilers would be released prior to charging on April 11th. I certainly wouldn’t want to pay for a tube that doesn’t interest me.
I think it was a great box, in particular I really like the tube of this month. It’s only my second ever though and I do understand it’s not very exciting for those of us who have a lot of subscriptions. But I like the deodorant it’s really interesting, everything is actually really useful.
When my box arrived, I unpacked it and looked at everything carefully. Then I put them back in the box and haven’t touched it again. I’m not interested in any of it. I’m regretting purchasing an annual subscription
