OMG, I love this box but I am a little confused… I would be a new subscriber… would I definitely get the items shown above for my May box? I am in LOVE with the colorful hanging fruit basket – help 🙂

I wouldn’t be certain that you’d get it. Many new subscribers are disappointed to learn that the MSA-featured box is offered in limited quantities and they do not automatically receive the featured box. Some members have reported logging in just after midnight on the day they can select their box, only to find the featured one sold out. Your mileage may vary.

If you have ever gotten this box please post what you think of it. I am on the fence. People say you won’t usually be able to get the box featured here. Is it worth my money?

The last month was the only month that the box I wanted was not available any longer for my monthly theme selection, but it WAS available as an add on. I just selected REDEEM for my monthly selection and added on the box I wanted. By selecting REDEEM, I was able to get the box I wanted that month at no additional charge as the credit applied covered the box as an add on.

Yes, I subscribed for 3 months. Liked it. As a new subscriber you will be defaulted to a “Surprise” theme. You don’t have to keep that. You can absolutely change it. However, you have to do so immediately when choice opens up or you might not get the primary featured box on MSA. Each month there are more themes that the one shown here and past themes are often available. They do have a late in the month shipping schedule and when I subscribed were prone do some delays as an FYI. Again, I liked the subscription, but personally found it to be a fun occasional splurge for 3 months rather than a I can keep this going for years.

The only month that i heard people have an issue with getting their choice was last month- seemed like somewhere along the line the items for it just didn’t get delivered in time. Otherwise I had no issue getting my pick as a three month subscriber. Just make sure to pick as soon as you can

Just be advised items don’t ship to the end of the month. I love the items so I didn’t mind the wait, but I know this does bother some.

I ended up canceling because there are a lot of posts where people receive broken items. Seems like costumer service is great, but they tend to not be able to replace since items go oos. Since I have so many subs it just got a little stressful for me. But if you have the budget I definitely think the items are worth it and the boxes are well curated

I subscribed for April. The box MSA feautured in spoilers was shown as sold out the first day selection was available. I do wonder if they make fewer boxes of the higher priced items just to show good spoilers. But I did get the box I wanted which, based on discussions, wasn’t a popular option. With TJMaxx being closed down, I’m not getting my usual trinket fix. This seems like a good option for now.

April is the only time I’ve seen any boxes “sold out” immediately, it turns out some of the items are stuck in customs because of covid. Prior to April in almost a year I’ve gotten every box I wanted no issues. It’s possible may could have issues too since we are still in the middle of everything but I wouldn’t expect that to happen under normal situations.
