My March subscription box arrived this week it was very slow to process through France Post and then took a long time to clear customs in NY. It moved quickly after that. They are sending April boxes with the May boxes. Don’t know how they are handling other orders, but you should plan on shipping delays.

I went ahead and ordered. I usually buy during their sales and I’ve been please with what I received. The past boxes are $50 each as well and you pick out what you will be getting. I opted to buy 2 boxes and receive the 2 so 4 pieces for $100. Their jewelry is nice quality so I’m happy and I like that I can pick the finish.

Just as a heads up…even without COVID-19 issues, this company had serious shipping delay issues with orders (at least each of the several times I purchased, they did.) Every single time I ordered there was some kind of a problem with my order…sending incorrect items, sending (incorrect) items addressed to another person, but at my address, sending damaged items, duplicate incorrect charges, etc. EVERY time. To be fair, they always did eventually fix the problem…but it took a fair amount of time and was a headache to deal with. And…these were in times with NO extenuating circumstances, such as COVID-19. Considering they couldn’t even get it together during the best of times, I would be extremely hesitant to deal with them during these difficult times. In my mind, you’ll be lucky if you see your package by the end of the year. As much as I like their jewelry, this is a hard pass for me.

I have Never had a shipping issue with them in the 4+ years I have Subscribed. I was With them from the beginning and no problems. Not sure where you are at but a while ago they had a few distribution areas that sent out the boxes instead of directly from France. Now they all come straight through from France without a hitch.
