Hi Judi,
Thank you so much for the info.! I’m going to check that out. There is a bakery nearby, I’ll call them. I’m going to post a message on our local town group to get some suggestions. Being able to receive recommendations for different food subs and suggestions is why I like MSA and the support of its members. I feel like we are one big family getting through this together!
Judi, you also stay safe and healthy, we’re in this together!

Thank you so much for the coupon! I’m 64 and not going anywhere plus I don’t want my son going either. It’s impossible to reserve a delivery from the grocery stores just now, and I was worried about getting vegetables and fruit in my diet. I subscribed and am relieved that my nutritional needs will now be met. I also signed up for Thrive market and made an order, with both of these I feel I can wait this time out healthily. My priority right now is food and meal subscriptions. I am already subscribed to Love With Food which will cover my snack needs. At a time like this I am so grateful for these subs. Thanks again MSA!

Claire, I live in a small town outside a big city, and many of our local mini-markets and farms are setting up to take your phone order and card over the phone and will bag up whatever groceries and produce they have and leave it curbside. Our local Italian bakery also started selling milk, eggs, and berries as well, also phone/curbside. Many other merchants who don’t usually sell food and produce are doing similar things. If you are on Facebook and have a local town group, that’s where you can find similar info, or you can call places directly. And all of my places are working with only a few people, most just the immediate family owners, so that’s a safer situation for the workers, too. Good luck and stay well!

Claire, if you are interested in fresh veggies and fruits, also check out Misfits Market. They can deliver to you weekly or biweekly, and their produce is absolutely delicious. I have an autoimmune disorder and heart problems so I am high risk as well and this box has been so helpful for me as far as not having to go pick up groceries. I’m happy to hear you are staying safe and healthy, too. ❤️

Hi Gabbi, thanks for the recommendation! I looked up “Misfits Market“ and love the option of getting organic produce delivered at home and the premise of minimizing food waste. I signed up, but my first box won’t be shipping until the first week of May. Looking forward to receiving it!

Hi Gabbi,

Thank you for the recommendation! I had been searching online for a local produce supplier with no luck. I’ll check them out. I also have a heart issue. I wish you all the best during this time, and I know that being home is the safest place to be. I have found practicing gratitude really helps.
