How to pause/cancel my BeautyFix sub? Can I do it form my account or do I have to email them? Thank you.

If you log into the Dermstore website under your account there is a “my subscriptions” option. Once you click on it, you have the option to cancel any active subscription.

Gah. Time to cancel. Again. I can do without these teeny-tiny samples. I just don’t feel like I’m getting any value with the sizes they typically include. And I’ve been on the Laszlo cleansing system for years, so I don’t need more cleansers.

I canceled. The samples are too small and I have cleanser and toner for months ahead. I’m going to spend that money on IPSY add ons. At least u can choose what I want

The toner (according to the brand website) has placental protein. It doesn’t say where the placental protein comes from, but the concept weirds me out. Does anyone know anything about this ingredient? Any information would be greatly appreciated. It doesn’t sound cruelty free to me, but I don’t know how they get it.
I already have an unopened Dr. Brandt Cleanser from BoxyCharm, so that item isn’t a big draw for me.
I love the SkinMedica HA5. I have several small bottles and tubes of it. I regularly use their acne care line and it works really well for me.
At this point, I am probably skipping the box, but I could be turned around by other spoilers.

In skincare items, it typically means vegetable placenta.

Thanks. I hope it comes from plants. Somehow using any placenta for beauty products sounds strange to me. Does anyone know if it works?

I want to subscribe to this box starting May, but now sure how to do it. When I go to their site it says “Subscribe to April box”. I don’t want April. And I also read here that April has been sold out.
Should I just subscribe on May, 1?
Also, for the future: how easy is their cancelation policy? Or i must subscribe for the year?

Yes, you need to wait until May 1 (or May 2 – check the wording on the web page when you go there. Sometimes it takes them a day to catch up.)
No problem on canceling – I do it on the website all the time. Sub on the month you want. When you receive the box, log in and deactivate the account. The next time that you want a month, wait to the start of the month and then log in and reactivate. Super simple and nice of them to allow us to do that!

Hello GT….this is a good skincare box, I love it, don’t bother trying to buy it now…they never run out…try around the 5 or 6th of the month .. to cancel is easy..and I never subscribe yearly, several reasons..i like to buy boxes monthly..maybe the next box you won’t like and also I like to try different boxes each month…that’s just me.. just keep looking on this site to see all the spoilers…have fun..

I’m excited for this DHC mild lotion – it has a 4.9 rating online (based on 162 reviews) and it sounds pretty great. I’m intrigued because I’ve never seen any product receive such a high rating. I know everyone has different skin but this stuff apparently performs quite well for every type.

I need a facial cleanser and moisturizer. I have soooo much toner right now for some reason and I don’t even really like toner all that much…2/3 so far, isn’t bad though!

I loved last month’s box! A $42 Vitamim C serum? That facial mist? Everything else was gravy!
It just shows that these sub boxes will never satisfy all of the people all of the time. Personally, Beautyfix can do no wrong in my eyes.

The Vitamin C serum made my face sticky and break out. It is to be expected that these boxes won’t satisfy everyone, hence there being a multitude of items in the box in the off chance they do. 🙂
