Yes, please! I reached out to customer service on February 7 and this is what Andy D. replied to me. “Thanks for reaching out. Billing and shipping for the Must Have Spring box will be taking place in March. However, keep an eye on your email for news about spoilers, preference choices, and add-ons in the coming weeks. Let us know if you have any other questions.” So, fingers crossed it’s still coming, coming soon, and will be awesome.

Speaking of no spoilers (which really concerns me as well) does anyone else find it strange we received a survey yesterday. I thought the timing was weird. It’s as if they are in a fact finding mode. They should have had the spring box curated months and months ago. I’m hoping the new owners are just wanting opinions for the future

Yes, I agree , odd. I also noticed that if we completed the survey we could win a “Spring Box”. So, maybe that is hopeful? I don’t know, it didn’t say “Spring 2020 Box” either !?!?! C’mon Popsugar, I’m rooting for you! Give us a spoiler and a sign that all is well.

Any news on the Popsugar Spring box? I’m a little concerned they may be making another change. Last time Popsugar was silent like this, they swapped from the monthly boxes to the quarterlies.

I have no doubt that changes will be coming. In October of 2019, I came across business articles claiming that Group Nine would acquire Popsugar. Whatever happens, I doubt we will get back the old monthly Popsugar that we loved.

Apotheke makes one of my favorite scents and I ordered a lot of these for Christmas and kept one of each. Honestly I am so underwhelmed by the Lavender scent and the pumps for the soap and cream aren’t working. That’s the tough thing with candle scents – no ability to smell them in person. Definitely buyer beware.

The pumps were tricky. I actually contacted customer service and they sent me a video on how to get them to work. I’m not impressed with the lotion, not very emollient. The wick trimmer is nicer than the one I had. The candle smells divine. But I was a bit underwhelmed too. I think I’m too afraid to try the soaps and risk disappointment.

I decided it’s being too quite for me and canceled for now! They had the winter box out before a lot of other subscriptions that have already released spring spoilers. In conjunction they have no updates I could found about time frames. Had me worried some kind of change is coming

Yeah I’m suspicious they’ll fold, esp if winter box is so heavily discounted and didn’t do well then there are these random candle boxes like they’re trying to empty inventory.

Yes!? I thought the spring box ships by the end of February…and I’ve heard nothing. Just went to the website and saw no mention of the spring box. Am I missing some info? This is my fav, and at the moment, only subscription box!

I checked yesterday…by this time last year we had all 3 of the released spoilers for the spring box. Their website isn’t helpful and I can only find billing dates for the fall box. I wonder what is going on.
