The brown ceramic vase measures 5 ¾” tall with a lid measuring 1⁄4” thick. Its base measures just under 2 1/2” wide, but widens to 4” wide on top. The ceramic vase features a sustainably-sourced airtight natural bamboo lid and traditional Chinese patterns on its ceramic body.   2. They must still be trying to fix the problem. I received this email over the weekend.

    “Coming Soon!

    We have upgraded our customization process, you can see a still shot of page one above. The design and inventory are complete, but the add to cart is not working consistently. We worked late Friday and also on Saturday, but now require the software maker’s review. I hope to have the program fixed on Monday and will send the link to everyone once it is ready. This delay will not impact box delivery which starts March 15th. You have my apology for this bump in the road. I know the anticipation is high and it’s frustrating not being able to deliver on time. I am excited to share the new customization process with you all!

  3. Can someone tell me where on the site you customize? I realize that it is not open yet, but wasn’t sure where to go once it is live. Or is it only via link from an email? Thanks for any help you can provide!

    • Not yet. I’ve been obsessively checking my email though ’cause I can’t wait!

    • Not yet, I sent a message to them bit haven’t heard back yet. So far they’ve been really good about responding fairly quickly though.😊

        You have my apology. The new customization system is not working. I’ll have to wait until Monday to get tech support to review and fix the code. We will send out an email to everyone once it is up and running and box deliveries are on schedule even with this delay.

      • I just subscribed to this box a few days ago. So far I’m very impressed with the level of communication and the obvious care you show for your subscribers. I can’t speak for anyone else, but the fact that you take the time to come on MSA and provide updates makes it much easier for me to be patient. Some other boxes are horrible about communicating with their subscribers (cough, cough, BoxyCharm!) which leads to frustration and dissatisfaction. Kudos for your excellent customer service!

  5. This box is magnificent! Every three months is like my birthday. Every item is of the very best quality. Their jewelry is very high end and unlike anything you get in other subs. I can rave for days about every box I’ve had and used every item if it’s not taken first. 🙂 I get so excited for customization time then shipping. If you are not an annual member, you’re missing out. It’s worth so much more than any other sub box. Overwhelmed with make up & sick of having a box of stuff no one else could use or want I quit my others and just get Journee. Enjoy it everyone!

    • I agree, Aimee! I’ve dropped all boxes to save money, but I couldn’t let this one go! This is my last box from my annual subscription but I’m totally going to renew annual again.

  6. For anyone on the fence about this box, I’ve subbed since the very beginning when they had the Kevia/Journeybox crossover. It has become my most useful box and the quality of everything, jewelry included has been top notch. It’s introduced me to many items I wouldn’t have otherwise known about or tried. I hope that helps!

  7. Hi, I am new to this box, what does it mean in regards to the dark vase that it is only for annual subscribers? Also, are we able to choose the color of our wrap? Thanks!

    • I think the hoop set is only for annual subscribers. I think they add an extra item for annual subscribers that seasonal subscribers do not rececive.

    • Think the annual subscriptions get the earrings above the line. Choice of vases is everyone. This box is going to cause some of the boxes riding on last kudos, especially those with cheaply done jewelry, to take a hit. These are serious good quality items!!!!

  8. I received an email indicating that customization would be “later this month”… it is pretty late, so who knows what they think of as “later”… I am regretting subscribing at this point. I caved for the necklace set.

    • It’s a quarterly box with no set shipping date. And it’s still this month.

    • This box usually never disappoints – so I hope you find it worth waiting for 🙂

  9. I’m so excited for this box! It looks like all the items are high quality and I love that we can pick the metal color (I’m a silver fan!). This may be my new favorite subscription!

  10. The quality of their pieces are better than any of the other subs I’ve seen (though to be fair I’ve never subscribed to a jewelry only one. I’m always very happy with my pieces even if they’re not my “style” – I enjoy getting pushed out of my comfort zone!

    • I agree that the quality of the jewelry is so much nicer than anything I’ve received from FFF! I absolutely love that they send something extra for annual members.

      Love this box, and so glad I went for the annual subscription.

  11. The email sent out to subscribers stated that the earring set is the “Annual Member Gift”, which is the extra item that annual subscribers receive in each box. I didn’t see that stated in this article and didn’t want everyone to think that they came in everyone’s box. I’m pretty sure they only come in the annual’s box.

  14. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago and asked when customization would be, and they told me to expect a customization email by the end of this month. I guess that means we should get it the next day or so, I would think. I am paranoid about it because I didn’t receive the email last time. (I was a new customer and it was my first box, so I think there was some type of miscommunication). Their customer service has been excellent about responding!

  15. I like the necklaces but I am unfamiliar with Kevia. Any insight on the quality of their pieces?

    The earrings would make the perfect Bday gift for my bestie and I really like the scarf especially the blue one. So pretty. And the white jar is so catching my eye. So far, a nice curation over all.

    • Honestly, stellar. I can’t speak to the materials themselves, but I can say after subscribing for a year+ only two items haven’t felt 100% worth the RV listed (and one of those items, the trinket dish, was in their very first box!).

      And just for reference…I’d say for me maybe 10% of FFF products feel worth their listed RV, 50% of PSMH.

    • I have a few pieces and they are high quality, one of my favorites, in fact. If you look at their site check out “as seen in journeebox” and the welcome box is a great value!! The long necklace is really great, and gets loads of compliments.

    • I subscribed to Sugarbash – who later announced that they were ending their own sub box. Their last box was designed by Kevia/ Journee box. I was suspicious at first but honestly, I now love this sub. I’ve received a variety of items – for the home, an embroidered blouse, jewelry …and all have been very good quality.

    • I was wondering same thing. Lack of set date of customization make me kind of stressed and take a way joy of having this box. I wish they had better communication. When I go to my account, it still asking me to customize winder box.

        We upgraded our customization process, because previously it was one product with restricted combinations. The final code still has some errors even though staff voluntarily stayed until 11 pm last night. I am working on it and hope to be done today. If I can’t fix it, we will contact the program tech support and get this resolved by Monday. This won’t impact box deliveries, but I’m doing my best to meet the deadline we set. Hope you all are enjoying your weekend and thank you for your enthusiasm for JourneeBox!
