Want it…but don’t NEED it. My common sense tells me to keep that fifty bucks in my wallet. My splurge urge is nudging me…

Lauren

I do think if the serum is an add-on it will assuredly be in the $18 category which, even though I know it’s a good deal, I still can’t justify to myself. Partially because I refuse to indicate to Ipsy that I approve of this recent price hike on items that had always been $12.

I want everything. I haven’t opted for Ultimate since the launch… But looks like I’m in for March big time.

Reply ButtonReply

KatKat

march sort of eh for me in GBP but i thought i’d keep it for the extra sample size product and now hoping i can pick up the CEO as a add on item.

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

I’m thinking of doing the same because I want the CEO. Someone please talk some sense into me, I just ordered and received 2 of the Vitabrid C12 from January’s Allure box. I probably….No, I really don’t need more Vit C serum right now, especially not badly enough that I should be taking a box of stuff I don’t want, just so I can have an add on that may or may not even be available. Yet I’m still considering it anyways.🤦 Well played Ipsy!😂

I love Sunday Riley.
I love their new brushes, havva few already.
Definitely a fan of Thrive.
Palette looks nice n neutral (aka very wearable)
I skipped last month but I think I’m on board this month, cool.

Lauren

Those of us who don’t subscribe to this bag but want some of the spoilers, don’t worry they’ll be available as add-ons in April.

Reply ButtonReply

AnnaMarie

Ooh I did not realize that! That is super helpful info! Thank you! Have you noticed those items being available in the last chance add ons as well as the add ons on the 2nd?

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

I think she was being facetious about ipsy recycling products over a couple months. Some products might be available, but you just never know. It’s pretty random.

amber

These all look fantastic, but I’m not about to drop that kinda money. Maybe I’ll pick up something in add-ons this month.

I don’t like the bag for the ultimate this time. I like the ones that look like a train case a lot better.

Reply ButtonReply

Ela Avar

The bags are so cute! Especially the one for GBP!!

Reply ButtonReply

Randie

Does anyone have experience with the Sunday Riley? I got really excited when I saw this but once I started reading reviews it seems like it made a lot of people break out…

Reply ButtonReply

Tiffany Adair

The moisturizer is crisco oil on my skin. yes, i have oily skin, im biracial and in my late 30’s. That was my experience though.

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole

I have normal to dry skin and I hated the CEO moisturizer as well. Crisco is a great way to describe it!😂 In fact, I don’t like any of the SR moisturizers, they all suck. I did however, love the CEO serum. I wouldn’t ever pay full price for it, but I won’t typically pay more than $30-$40 for any brand of vitamin C serum. I think it’s totally worth a try when you can get it in a subscription box like this! SR used to be one of my favorite brands, then I found that alcohol is a listed ingredient in their A+ retinol serum and I don’t quite have the respect for them that I once did. I love that particular product and now I’m faced with finding an alternative retinol product. I’m not paying $85 a bottle for a retinol serum that contains alcohol, there’s no reason or benefit to that ingredient, so why put it in there?

Oz

I have oily acne-prone skin and the CEO Serum made me break out. A good friend of mine who has “normal” skin swears by it. Personally, my skin does best with the SkinMedica acne line and anything I have tried from the Sisley Paris subscription (I will really miss that box).
I should note that I tried the CEO Serum over 2 years ago and I don’t know if they have changed the formula in that time.

Reply ButtonReply

Reyna Alcala

Randie, everyone is different but yes it made me break out really bad and I don’t normally break out.

Reply ButtonReply

LB

I have oily, acne prone skin (even at 40…sigh) and did not enjoy this. It is definitely a “thick” serum and felt like it left a sticky residue on top of my skin instead of soaking in. The vit c moisturizer did break me out but in all honesty I’m not sure if this one would or not…I ended up just using the rest of the bottle on my neck/chest with the moisturizer because I couldn’t stand the filmy sticky feeling on my face. In general I stick to thin serums and water creams for moisturizers.

Kathy S Piccini

I personally REALLY like Sunday Riley CEO products. They leave my skin super soft. But I DO have friends with sensitive skin, allergies, etc. who cannot use them on their faces. One friend used the SR CEO vitamin C cream on her body n said she LOVED it but was unable to use on her face.

Mamas3loves

I think sunday riley is great for dry skin kinda like glow recipe is great for oily but not for dry.. it does nada

Mamas3loves

I am honestly not surprised I think it would make a great body lotion also whenever I take too much to put on my face I honestly run it through my 2nd day frizzy hair and fix my hair for the day with the Sunday Riley CEO and it works spectacularly. Just like I told my mom we have so much face wash I would never have to buy any for the rest of my life no exaggeration I said if it smells good start using it for body wash because a lot of these sizes are really big and they smell great if they are safe enough to use on your face you can certainly use them as body wash and they foam up great any that I have at least. I am not wasteful at all.

Lori

I have oily, acne prone skin, but I love it. It’s one of my HG products. My skin seems to love Vitamin C products, just fyi. I’m also a fan of Perricone MD in general and especially their Vit C products, if that helps.

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

I forgot to mention that the CEO moisturizer DID seem to break me out, but the serum never has.

MzKayleeJames

I LOVE it! I especially like to use it with the CEO moisturizer, at least in the winter. I have normal skin that can lean sensitive but seems to have gotten stronger with age lol.

Reply ButtonReply

Redhed36

I use it daily only in the winter. I think it’s more for dry skin and I can see people with oily skin breaking out.

Thank you! 😊

Cheyenne

Okay Ipsy, I see you. Definitely looking like I’m going to be dropping BoxyLuxe next month.

Reply ButtonReply

Minz511

I just skipped my Plus a few days ago, and almost skipped Ultimate without even seeing the spoilers. Whew! Thank goodness I waited! I’m definitely NOT skipping this time! I Love almost everything shown. Yay

Reply ButtonReply

Joyce

You know if you opt to skip and you see something you like you can opt back in. The website will allow you to do that.

Reply ButtonReply

Minz511

Oh wow I didn’t know that! Thank you so much!

Redhed36

I’m tempted by the Sunday Riley and Benefit but so far holding strong.

Reply ButtonReply

Cole

The 111skin masks are so nice 🙂 I got them in a fab fit fun box a while ago and my skin just loved them!

Reply ButtonReply

Marion

These spoilers are not to my taste.

The Flesh lipstick looks nice (& looked good on Tabi during the live video) and the Thrive lip serum sounds interesting, but other than that, I wouldn’t want any of this.

Reply ButtonReply

jenn

make sure to ask/check if these 111 skin masks have the same ingredients as the 111 skin masks sold by 111 skin. last time ipsy gave these out the ingredients were inferior to the ones sold by 111 skin. i really hope ipsy doesn’t make the same mistake.

Reply ButtonReply

Tiffany Adair

What do you mean by inferior Ingredients?

Reply ButtonReply

jenn

hey! so, the last time it was avail the masks didn’t have the same premium ingredients as it would if you bought it from 111 skin. there was a reddit post on this, (search 111 skin mask ipsy reddit and when you see the reddit post it will be about fff, but one response talks about how they asked ipsy about this, and ipsy even reached out to 111 skin and got no answer) and i really hope ipsy took the steps to make sure it has the same ingredients bc there was a huge difference for me in the one from 111 skin and from ipsy/fff. i found the ones without the ingredient(s) did nothing for my skin at all and that’s why i started looking into it.

Nancyisshopping

I sure hope I get that brush and that it is as good as it looks.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

It is!

Reply ButtonReply

Jo

I have one and it’s lovely.

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

The ipsy video with these spoilers really made me want to get Ultimate for March. The lip colors are so pretty and the Chela palette seems very pigmented with perfect colors for everyday. There’s enough that I want that getting add ons would be more expensive than just getting the bag itself. Also, that Sunday Riley is worth double the vist of the bag, but so far it feels like I’ve only been burned by Ultimate.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

It looks like the larger version of the Chella shadow quad offered in February!

Reply ButtonReply

Amy

It is – same shades, but a bigger size and fancier packaging!

It would have been nice to have some variety, but they are great neutral shades and have been playing nice so far out of my mini quad!

Lori

Oooh, I didn’t even notice that! 🙂

Marion

I don’t know if it is or not… they said in the video that this is a new launch for Chella.

Katy

I literally just bought the eyebrow tool from Ulta. I definitely will not complain if I end up getting a second one.

I’m hoping for the brush. Complex Culture is amazing quality stuff. 😍😍😍😍

Sunday Riley is always appreciated and the Thrive gloss looks worth trying.

Reply ButtonReply

Arlena Carpenter

Love the complex culture brushes so that’s a yay !!! The brow pencil looks like a win and I love sunday riley .the 111skin tose gold mask are a pain to get on but well worth it .bottom line …looks like March may be a great month for sub boxes .. I hope lol

Reply ButtonReply

Lori

Omg those brushes! SO plush. They’re my all-time favorite ever.

Reply ButtonReply

Oz

The Sunday Riley looks like the 15ml size bottle. Does anyone know what size they will be sending? I canceled but I might be drawn back in. Thanks!

Reply ButtonReply

Nicole Grantier

I hope they don’t count it as a full size item if it’s really the 15ml size they send out as that is not a retail size that this product comes in. It comes in 1oz and 1.7 oz. The 15ml only comes in gift sets that include multiple deluxe size samples.

Reply ButtonReply

IndyGrr

I just chose it and I’m so mad because I realized it isn’t full size. I guess I should wait and be mad if they try to pass it off as full sized first. But yeah, they need to be VERY clear about this.

Jen

The one shown says 15 ml, .5 oz.

disneyjoy1970

The Flesh lipstick and the Thrift lip glosses look AMAZING.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Agree. The colors are beautiful.

Reply ButtonReply

Amanda

Well, damn it, lol. Not going to skip this one.

Reply ButtonReply

Paula

Same! Been skipping since November.
