  1. Totally agree with you.. It took forever and I emailed a few times asking and just got the same form type of letter.. I ordered when the winter boxes were still available but they ran out before they filled the orders so mine switched to a Winter Welcome “wait list” which mean they were waiting to see what was left over to put more boxes together.. I had ordered another subscription box and got it within 11 days and the Causebox took more than 6 weeks.. They couldn’t pin down when they were going to ship because again, I was put on a wait list and they didn’t even tell me that until my 3rd email to them.

I canceled this month because I don’t feel that I would enjoy the products.. I already have several purses and a Bento box from PopSugar that I haven’t used.. I can get bags for produce anywhere. Plus my luck I would get that planner and wouldn’t use it. That leaves just the necklace or lash stuff and I got some in FFF with my winter box.. I am hoping that next month is better and may entice me to come back.

  2. Causebox has always been really good to me, helpful, responsive, and friendly. I’ve never once been disappointed in a box. I’ve never not purchased multiples of a season either!

  3. I just cancelled, I have subscribed on and off but the last box was so annoyingly late, and they didn’t even care how long it took. It took them over 2 months to ship it and it finally arrived on 1/29.
These spoilers are nothing special so I’m saving the money from this sub.

  4. Customization’s are open.

    • Wish emails were sent out when customization became available, I found out by checking to see if my winter welcome box had been shipped. I love the products they select and what they are trying to do, just wish their communication to customers could be improved.

      • I got an email…

      • I didn’t.

      • I didn’t

      • I’d seriously send an email to CS to make sure you’re on the list then (assuming you checked spam folder). Mine arrived around 2pm EST titled “Customization is OPEN!”

      • Thanks, I checked my spam and haven’t received an email. I emailed customer service.

      • On Facebook they mentioned they send them in batches. I guess to limit website traffic. So a lot of people didn’t

  5. Besides the items in the box, this is another great incentive to subscribe. Got me on board!!!
