  1. Really disappointed they are lying about the cost of products. The bento boxes are $15 at multiple different places and Causebox has them priced at $30; unless there is something special about these that I am missing?

  2. Customization’s are open

  3. I’m really over their choice options having literally nothing to do with eachother. I decided to take my chances regardless last season but I ended up selling literally everything, so I’ve learned my lesson. I have a feeling they’ll lose a lot of subscribers if they keep doing this

  4. Can you tell us the scarf material ? Is it cotton ? And what is the jewelry material and does it come in silver?

    • I found that the bandana is likely 100% cotton hand drawn design and hand dyed based on the other bandanas on the Jenni Earle website.

  5. I’ve kept an eye on this box for a while but this may be the first time I’m tempted to go for it. Kinda disappointing you can’t customize anything if you’re not an annual subscriber, but I like all of the options enough that I can make whatever I get work.

    • Same here….I’ve received a box before and I’m seriously considering resubscribing for this one. The only item I don’t really want is the planner but I will use it if I were to receive it. The box design is very pretty too. I’m still using a previous box for storage.

  6. Arg! Now I’m torn!! I use bento boxes all the time and have been meaning to try these and I know it would get used… I was thinking of skipping but now there’s at least two items I would use: bento box and shopping bags…. can gift the eyelash serum and maybe the planner thing… don’t need a new bag but I don’t own a black purse right now so it would be useful… I’m talking myself into it lol!

    • Girl I strongly recommend buying it second hand (still brand new ) from like mercari there are so many people subscribed to causebox so I bet a lot of people are going to be selling their stuff and for cheap because there is a great supply 🙂

  7. I bought tiny succulents to plant in the silicone wine glasses! I scrunched up a plastic bag in the bottom for drainage and then put a tiny plant pot with a tiny cactus in it. They look really cute.

    • They sound adorable. Thank you for the tip.

  8. I’m using them to regrow lettuce lol

  9. I wouldn’t mind this box, except that I unsubbed when Causebox changed to choice and restricted it to annual. I have stupid allergies and no giftable friends, so I run the risk of an unusable box when the “choices” hit the list of things I can’t have. That said, I really like the bento, and these colors are 100x better than the colors available through the company’s website.

  10. How many items are usually in a box?

    • Usually between 6 and 8.
This box will have 7 items. 😁

  11. I’m confused by everyone who says they are really small. I have one in purple and one in blue from FFF and they are sizable. I can fit a lot in there. I use them for lunch all the time and have plenty of space

    • Agreed! I had two of these and thought they were plenty big!!

      • Glad it’s not just me! It depends what you’re packing I guess. I have a different container that I use for salad or something where lettuce or spinach takes up a ton of space but it works well for leftovers, and even a sandwich, or hummus and veggies and some protein…

    • I bought the green set and the purple set from an FFF sale too. They arent bad n look exactly like these. Gotta b careful with that band that holds them together tho. One slip n ur foods on the floor lol. But i like them ok. Definitely dont need more tho as the ones I have go mostly unused because they arent leakproof. Good for anything that has NO liquid tho

  12. Cause Box’s Insta video shows a fairly large bento box, though; like large enough to hold a Chipotle-sized burrito, lol.

  13. Do we get to pick our color? If it’s random, that’s fine, I like all three. I purchased two (purple) from FFF. I use them to pack healthy snacks for my granddaughter when we go to the park.

    • Annual subscribers get to pick their color 😊

  14. FYI these are really small. I got one for my daughter to use for lunch at school and was disappointed in the lack of room.

    • Totally agree. It’s more of a snack bento.

    • I personally find them to be too big for a single meal. Generally if I’m using the whole container it’s cuz I’m packing lunch (top layer) and dinner (bottom layer). I have one that I got with FabFitFun’s winter box as an add on and it’s a sizeable container. I can fit over a serving of pasta/fried rice/ chow mein/ whatever main dish I’m packing in the large bottom compartment. A salad in one of the upper compartments. And tamagoyki (rolled egg omelette) in half of the other compartment and a quarter of a large apple separated by a lettuce leaf. I think it’s really about how you organize what you put in it.

  15. I’m excited for this box! It’ll be my first one. I cancelled FFF to try this and happy with what I see.

    • I did the same but the Winter Welcome Box was my first one. I was not disappointed and so far I like everything from this round as well!

  16. This is the first spoiler I’ve seen that I thought was awesome.

I work from home so I’m not upset that I’m skipping, but yeah, this is great.

  17. sold

  18. I cannot wait to receive my box!

    • Same here. I actually want the bento box if it is microwave and dishwasher safe. I like the planner although it is almost March now. I also like the necklace, the bag and the produce bag. I bought the produce bags once from Amazon but those weren’t good. Will see how the ones in the box look like. The cotton ones are usually heavier then the plastic ones. Maybe they are good when going to the farmer’s market.

      • I’m pretty sure this style of self care planner is not yearly like a regular planner. I have had one before and there was space on each page to put the date, so it could be started at any time.

      • I got the bento boxes from FabFitFun, they are dishwasher and microwave safe.

  19. Those Bento Boxes are nice additions to the spring box. I unfortunately don’t need them. I think I’m going skip this box. The only item that appeals to me is the eyelash serum and I received one in FFF.

  20. I love my bentigo from fff. Mine is purple!

  21. Love the bright yellow.

  22. I bought a couple of these for my boys from FFF for $7.00. They are cute, really small! They didn’t have these colors though.

    • Exactly, REALLY SMALL. Useless for my lunch.

  23. Dang it, I literally just bought this bento box from FFF. Just goes to show that if you subscribe to enough boxes, you’ll eventually get what you want lol Same thing happened with straws and facial rollers, too.

  24. Ok, I think I need to sign up for this one. I’m liking most of what I’m seeing so far!

  25. I am really liking this box. The purse is not my style but is still cute and I can appreciate all of the items in this box.

  26. I have several bento boxes from FFF sale. Just requested to skip the box. Hopefully CS will do this for me.

  27. Those bento boxes are cute!

  28. I cancelled FFF back before the winter box cause after 4 years I was burnt out, I just subbed to causebox cause I liked the purse. Was meh on the rest but I have to say the bento box is awesome! I’ve actually been considering getting one myself.

  29. Totally useless for me.

    • Nothing to see to see here! I’m dying to have a good box. Maybe another spoiler will do it?

    • Even if you don’t see any use for this for food or food storage, there are a hundred other ways you could use it. I have a few now and was just thinking they might be nice to help organize all those little sample size beauty products from other subs or even new batteries in my drawer. LOL.

      • I share your philosophy. FFF sent me those silicon wine glasses they had a couple of boxes ago. The pink just matched with all of my many pink handled Luxie brushes so I use them as brush holders on my vanity.

        • Ooooh. Those silicone glasses are still sitting in the corner of my kitchen table. That might be a great use for them!

        • Brush holder! Finally, a use for the Pink Cups! Thanks for sharing that idea.

        • I use one of the silicone wine cups as my bathroom cup and the other to hold brushes.
