It’s very frustrating. Try going to their social media (I used Facebook) and state what they did to you…loudly and multiple times. They hate negative comments on their pages. It worked for me to get action on receiving what I was promised by their promotion. Don’t accept mediocre offers. Best of luck to you.

I’m so disgusted with Boxy, I doubt I would ever resub no matter how good of the products they might have. Resubbed in December per their advertising, told me I’d get the Too Faced Peachy Palette as a gift. Guess what? Not only did they not send the gift, they sent 5 rotten old products from previous months. I contacted them, and they said my gift (Too Faced palette would be coming later, separately). Two weeks went by and I got an email saying they couldn’t fulfil the order and would give me a $6 off for add on or in the charm room. They’re thieves!
