I used this code in the correct day and didn’t receive the necklace in my box…. I emailed customer service and still have not heard back. Terrible customer service.

There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with their customer service!
I was having trouble getting the code to work on their website on the 17th (I would have been a new customer), so I emailed customer service on the 17th asking for their assistance to process the order.
I did not hear back for 10 days and they said “since I did not place the order on the 17th, I cannot get the necklace” and some other things that made no sense and they were not helpful at all.
I have grave concerns about giving this company my credit card as I looked them up on the BBB site and they are rated F with complaint after complaint.. has anyone else had problems with customer service or their box??

Does Box of Style have a habit of charging for new boxes after the sub has been cancelled? I know I cancelled after the winter box, last year, and they just billed me again. They are saying they cannot see a record of my cancellation, but I know I do not automatically purchase because I want to see what the items will be. Have other people had this experience as well? What did you do? Thank you.

I cancelled after the winter box. I resubbed when I saw spoilers for spring. Was charged on 2/4 for the box, I received a shipping notice yesterday for it. Today 2/28, I got an email confirming my order for my spring box, and was charged again!!! I’ve emailed them and haven’t heard back yet! They charged me for two spring boxes 🙄

Hello,
I know I cancelled my Rachel Zoe sub last year. They just billed me again for the spring box which I do not want. I emailed them and they said they cannot change that billing.
Anyone else have this issue with them. I know I cancelled last year but did not erase my credit card number unfortunately.

Thars correct. It was in the fall box. They had a ridiculously high RV for it, around $240. It’s 12k gold plate over brass.

I believe it was from the winter box. There is a bracelet in the spring box that may coordinate with this necklace though.
