I’m ready for March spoilers!

Another month of tiny samples. I wouldn’t be so bummed if the sample tubes were the size they claimed to be. My PCA serum is only 1/3 full which for a small sample to begin with is super irritating. I want to be able to use the product more than twice or it’s not worth it! This is happening more and more now, I got 2 products in October that were EMPTY. Honestly for a $25 box they need to step it up, the value isn’t there and they are constantly sending repeats. A box of samples is really underwhelming. I might have to switch to New beauty test tube instead. I love the mostly skincare they send but I can’t keep spending the money if the value isn’t there.

I got charged for 1 box & got two of the same box with the same products

I <3 beautyfix and almost always am happy with their boxes, but my CC changed month before last, which autocancelled my sub. I was going to fix it til I saw the january spoilers. After seeing February, I think I'll hold off another month (esp. because I already have 2 unopened Dr. rogers and 1 and a half each of the bioderma and pca serum.

Hi Anne, like you I have three Dr Rogers balms and several bottles of the Bioderma, so I hope Beautyfix fixes the problem of charging me for a subscription I had already cancelled.

Claire

I just received shipping notification and my bank account was charged, BUT I had already cancelled my subscription right after the January box and I see it was cancelled. I have no idea what is going on so I’ll have to contact them. The items look good but there’s nothing there that I really need.

Test tube had a FOUR ounce balm in their gold tube. To me the balm may be “full size” of a travel or mini size.

I’m not that nuts about this box but I am a staunch beautyfix fan overall. They never, ever include fake or cheap brands. So I always stick with them.

On a side note I LOVED the comb everyone hated. I am a huge fan of the brand, discovered in a sub box.

That is the best rat tail comb I have ever owned and I can part my daughters hair like a pro with it and she has the hair of a celebrity. And it separate bangs to do the side sweep bang like nobody’s business. I think the carbon is cool and have been looking for a second on Mercari 😹

I’m looking forward to this box. The balm, the mask, and that PCA serum with Hyaluronic acid – that sample size is worth more than the price of the box itself.

I’m really looking forward to February’s box too! I re-subscribed yesterday 🙂 I’ll use everything in the box, but I’m most excited to try the PCA serum, Lilah B. face mist, and 100% Pure sheet mask.

That size of the Healing Balm is sold on the Dermstore website for $30. One ounce of the Lilah B Mist is $48. One ounce of the PCA Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum is $115. With the math, the value of the box is much higher than the purchase price. I subscribe to Beautyfix because it introduces me to products that are more effective. There are boxes out there that only give one or two high end items like Boxwalla, but I personally like getting a variety.

With the exception of the complaints about the comb (which could be frustrating from long time subscribers to get repeats), what is it that people are expecting? I am generally curious.

Alice

Agree. I asked the same from people complaining about Ipsy. What do they want?

Doctor Rogers RESTORE™ Healing Balm (0.5 ml.) is it 0.5 oz like on their site worth 30.00 or is it really only 0.5ml As stated up in the description?

Luna

I’m sure it’s .5oz, because .5ml is only .017oz… I don’t think we even get eye cream samples that small! 😀

Effie

Very underwhelming box.

I’ll do and second that this is probably the worst box I’ve seen in the 3 years I’ve been subscribing and unsubscribing. This is just brutal. When is BeautyFIX going to make a comeback and keep rolling out a decent box month

Sheila

I think it’s worth it just for the full size Dr. Roger’s balm. That product is amazing on scars. The rest of the box many not be exciting, but everything is very useable.

Jamie

This is maybe a $15 box, at the very best. I am shocked that this is all of the contents. If I was a current Beautyfix subscriber, I would be quite upset.

Jenny

I remember when they had at least one full sized product or maybe two. I’ve tried most of this. I understand that balm is probably worth the price of the box but?
I decided to cancel all of my boxes. Until I see they are getting the game up I’m just gonna use my massive stash. Also I’m glad to try items I’ve never had before..

Paula

This is probably the worst box I’ve ever seen…

Suzanne

Don’t they typically have a full-sized item? Or does the sheet mask fit that bill?

MzKayleeJames

The balm is full size.

This is a terribly sad box. I just unsubscribed after a long time subscriber. This box keeps getting worse and worse. I agree with the other commenter, this months should be a $15 box. They will loose more subscribers if they don’t pick up their game. Their best box was the Tammy fender box. I still use the repair balm, I buy it as SAKS Fifth Avenue. The PCA skin serum probably has alcohol, not good for anti aging or sensitive skin.
