  1. Are there choices available for the LN bracelet? I’m only seeing the blanket and the Codage

    • No choices on the bracelet, looks like everyone gets the sunflower. Though given their history, I’d say it’s fairly likely people could get other ones as well…whatever they have in stock at the time. But no option for selection.

  2. Buyer beware of this one, there were many boxes sent with the wrong items, some items were even missing. I would not recommend this subscription, shipping takes 2-3 months and their customer service is unresponsive. They have employees monitoring these comments so that they can insert their cut+paste responses so there’s that.

All of our products are imported directly from France to offer our members exclusive products and the best that France has to offer. With importation comes its challenges, however, at times causing delays with customs and clearance. We do our best to have products delivered and if the product is not released from customs or is no longer available we provide an equal value alternative for our members that missed out on those products. At times it may be shipped separately after already receiving the box, but rest assured a replacement product will be issued or a refund/credit of the value of the item.

  3. I’m bummed because I was told I’d get a chain for my 1951 Maison francaise from my first box and never got it, which stinks because the company closed and I can’t order one for myself. I do like this box, but it’s sometimes little things like this, or the missing items here and there (no matter how small) that are preventing me from pulling the trigger on paying for a year of this box.

    • At least you got the bag! I’m still waiting on mine…

  4. The blanket looks like a hall runner…I love the pattern and colors, but nothing about it screams cozy blanket

    • I thought the same…it does not scream “cozy and lush” but more like “rough and scratchy.” Hope I’m wrong…

  5. The box seems winter themed and their website even mentions winter in the writeup. At least the bracelet has a moving into spring feel since we’ll get these in March (if we’re lucky). We still have the food item- wonder what the other ones will be.

  6. Slightly off-topic but did anyone who was missing their bracelet in the last box receive it yet?

    • Was the Les Nereides bracelet also missing from your 4.6 box? Ha, I thought I was the only one who got unlucky. I had opted for the Diamantine plum and it was missing in mine. I am curious if anybody got the Diamatine varieties. I just heard back from Ashley that she will request another of their Les Nereides bracelets to be shipped to me. Hopefully it will be from this box (and not a duplicate from the past…). I will post when I get the shipping notice.

      • Yes, I don’t remember what I requested, but I didn’t get my bracelet. Ashley told me on December 30 that she would have a new one sent when she returned to the office after the holidays, but I haven’t heard a thing. My impression of her initial email back to me was that she didn’t believe I was actually missing the bracelet.

      • I would send another email if you don’t hear soon with a tracking number. I assume everyone is back from vacation now.

      • Just an update on the missing bracelet from the December box. I have not heard anything yet, after Ashley said OP would send out a replacement. I also had a problem with another bracelet I purchased from the shop, which came damaged. I was sent a label to send it back, I did that and OP received it… and now I am waiting on a replacement.

      • Hmmm. I only see four items. The lotion or oil, blanket, one of two serums and the bracelet. There should be 8 total, right? This is only my second box. Overall I was very pleased. Unlike I expected from a lot of negative comments, my box shipped pretty quickly. Certainly much faster than my FFF boxes ever did. And I loved the items except the little bag but that’s because they sent me a color I didn’t like instead of the one I chose and the only reason I picked that style of bag versus the other option was because the other bag came in different colors.

        I’m surprised we’re not getting a choice as far as the bracelet. Oh well I like the one they’ve chosen. It might actually look nice with the blue flower bracelet I chose from the last box. Hopefully we have a few more items to look forward to.

      • Same bracelet as in the winter box? I hope that is not the only choice!

      • I know people love the LES NEREIDES bracelets, and I do too, but I have soooo many now, really wish they mix it up a bit with more other pieces. At one time they had a choice of a ring and another time (or maybe it was the same box) earrings. I work from home, I’m lucky if I wear anything other than pajamas in a given day let alone jewelry. I mostly wear jewelry when traveling for work. It could wear a different one of these bracelets every time I wear jewelry and I don’t think I’d wear the same one in a year…. but when I do wear them, I make sure to show them off because they are so cute.
        I like the blanket, I’ll probably go with blue. I’m hoping for the oil vs. the cream. And another Codage product is welcome, but not really exciting. I’m did notice they call this box “February-March”, so I don’t think we’ll see it in February.
        This is the 1st of my new “year” subscription, I’ve subscribed to all but year two and I wish I hadn’t skipped it. Hears to hoping it’s as good as last year. Anxiously awaiting additional spoilers…. and the last box 4.6 review on MSA.

      • I agree with Heather but couldn’t reply directly to her comment. I don’t have a bunch of their bracelets but I would still prefer to switch it up and get a ring or pair of earrings once in a while. I’m much more likely to throw those on than I am bracelets.

        I looked up the serums and although it doesn’t bother me, one is formulated for Fall and the other for Winter. Considering it will likely be Spring before the boxes ship I will probably hang on to mine until next Fall/Winter as long as it won’t be expired.

  9. What material is the blanket made of?

    • Bonjour Leslie,

      It is made of cotton and lurex (a type of yarn or fabric that incorporates a glittering metallic thread) with a Diamond pattern.

      4 color options available and approx 49×59 inches, soo it’s quite large to cozy up this Winter 🙂

  10. What color is your favorite in the blanket choices? I am torn…….

    • I am thinking the blush or the light blue. Do you know when the selection process opens for choosing?

    • I strongly prefer the blue. The blush would be acceptable I suppose but I wouldn’t like the other two at all. Last month I picked a bag in the shade “ultra violet” since purple is my favorite color even though I wasn’t a fan of the Dopp-style bag shape. Instead I received the bag in the shade and texture of a soft medium/light denim. If I’d known I wasn’t getting my choice I’d have picked the other style of bag. I wish we could pick at least one alternate choice in the event that they can’t honor our preferred color or item.

      Other than that I was very happy with my first box. I was super nervous about all the negative comments I’ve read on here, although most seem to be from past subscribers. I took a chance on a year’s sub since that great discount was offered. Even though I very rarely wear anything but silver, and usually only minimalist styles, but I absolutely love the Les Nereides jewelry they include most months and it’s just not in my budget to purchase from that company directly.

      • To be fair they do state that you are simply giving them a preference and they can’t guarantee that you will get what you pick.

      • Just as an fyi they do state that they can’t guarantee that you will get what you request. You’re just telling them a preference not actually picking anything.
