I have a 6 month subscription which I cannot wait to end as I am not thrilled at all about the products and now they also stopped including the ELLE magazine. The choice of products leaves to be desired and the decision of excluding ELLE is simply terrible. Good riddance!

I cancelled my subscription today after they stopped sending the Elle Magazine. I enjoyed my year subscription and discovered some great products, but this sub box has been going downhill since Christmas.

Worst sub available. Used to be great (a year or so ago?) but now it’s white label crap or just cheap product or super tiny samples. I contacted them to have auto renew turned off 6 months into my 12 month sub but they auto-renewed me anyway! I’ve sent numerous emails with supporting documentation to them and I still have not gotten it resolved. They made a clerical mistake, I furnished proof of same and I’m not even close to getting it resolved. I am going to report them the the BBB and hope people look into reviews before subbing.
BTW – If you want a great sub which you can easily cancel if you so choose, and has, in my experience, excellent customer support – try BoxyCharm. Full sized products, customizable, skincare and makeup, know quality brands – hands down the best sub available.

So happy I got rid of this subscription. Products most of the time are expired and poor quality.
They were constantly missing my boxes, taking my money and never sending the box itself. It would take me at least 1,5 month to get something resolved. I got my October box when it was 2 days to December.
Worst customer support ever.

Me too! I was with them for two years and cancelled a year ago November. I used to love that box and it went decidedly downhill.
