  1. I’m glad to know that I’m not the only one who had issues with the drop down bar on their iPhone. I am so upset! I had saved my Xmas money for the deluxe box. And I wasn’t even given the choice to choose anything else but the Premium box 😫

  2. That’s exactly what happened to me! I was on at 12:57 and all it would let me get was a premium box! I wanted that $145 box bad! I’m so upset!

    • Re: was paying with credit card and my supreme box was removed from my Cart, as I was adding my credit card expiration date.

      I am really confused and upset as well, I had to be one of the first or close to it, to add ALL three boxes to my cart. I took off of work today just to be able to purchase them. I was ordering all three of the mystery boxes. I had them in my cart, I added my credit card number, my three digit code on back and almost finished putting my card expiration date in, when a pop up message out of no where stared A box was just then removed from my cart because they sold out. It was in my cart how in the world can they take it from my card as I’m almost completed paying for it?
      I  was putting in my credit card expiration date in was in process of putting the year in and I would have been finished. 
      I will enclose the pop up message stating they removed the supreme mystery box from my cart because they just sold out. As I stated I know I had to be one of the first Or close to it to of added them to my cart and I had already put my credit card number in and was adding the year of the expiration date. How in the world can they remove it from my cart and sell it to someone else, while I’m putting two last digits from my credit card ex date in? Please help me understand this? ;( I want to buy a supreme, it was wrong of them to remove it from my cart as I was paying for them. 

      • That’s happened to me before; not with this, but on other online purchases I’ve tried to make. The bottom line is that something isn’t sold until checkout is complete. It doesn’t matter if it’s in your cart or not. Other people put it in their cart and completed checkout before you did, so it was removed. As fast as you may have been, some people were just faster. It’s unfortunate, but it happens. I’m sorry.

      • If you were already registered then you wouldn’t have had to put the card info in at all – and that is how people were faster than you. At least you found out quickly that it was sold out. It wasn’t until after 2:30pm (1.5 hours after it went live) that it told me it was sold out and I ultimately got a $60 box. I also had the $145 box in my cart on two devices and whether I tried PayPal or credit card, it would time out and I would start check out again. I did this literally for a hour and a half.

      • I honestly think after yesterday I would be happier with a “lottery” type of mystery box when it comes to JS. What I mean is if they are limited quantities you submit to wanting one ant then are randomly chosen because yesterday caused me severe anxiety and frustration.
        Yes, I know it is a first world problem and it is just stuff, but I do not know of anyone that wants to attempt to purchase merchandise the way it went yesterday. I know it is a site issue as I have had no trouble recently purchasing the coveted trendmood boxes that completely sold out under a hour. Two separate times.
        I would also say my idea is similar to Boxycharm premium. Not everyone got one and it is a mystery as to how some got off the waitlist like they did and while others tried the moment it started. Like with Boxycharm, your card info is on file and you find out if you got it by your card being charged lol. Obviously I do not like any of this, but I know I absolutely despise what I went through yesterday. I am glad to not have came away with nothing for all the trouble. But it was by far my worst online shopping checkout experience ever. Again, this is just stuff and I am not trying to be dramatic. There are real issues in the world so much more important than this stuff, but there were a lot of issues yesterday.

      • A lottery system would probably result in several people creating multiple accounts to up their chances of being able to purchase it.

      • I msged boxy and told them to take me off the premium waitlist because I dont get paid until the 3rd of the month, so there was NEVER going to be a month that would “successfully bill” on the 1st of the month. The response I got was on the 9th of the month saying I had been successfully charged for the premium (which they did on the 9th of the month) and I was off the waitlist. So shady!

  3. Whoop whoop! Got me a Deluxe! Super excited. Seems the app is having issues. It wasn’t letting me pick anything other than Premium so I logged into my desktop computer and had no issue selecting a box size.

    • Same with me, I was freaking out and went in my work computer and was able to select the other boxes.

  4. Tempted, would love to try it but, February is already shaping up to be a big ticket month so sadly skipping. Hope everyone who goes for it gets great stuff! :))

    • Im super disappointed and salty over the fact it did not give me the option for the biggest one cause the dropdown menu wouldnt work on phones! As always theres something that always goes wrong with his boxes and so i only got the smallest one!

      • Awww, sorry to hear you weren’t able to get the one you wanted. On the bright side now you have a little extra money and there’s always new offerings coming up of fun stuff to try like the Trend Mood boxes or, alternately, since you are getting the smaller box you can handpick something great for yourself from the site that you are sure to love and use.   5. I got my order in for the $100 box but because I was in a panic to get it, I completely forgot it’s unisex sizing so I think I ordered the wrong size for me. 🙁 I’ll have to sell whatever it is on ebay or something. I’m bummed.

  6. I am so excited I got the deluxe box! I have never gotten his mystery boxes before and I am hyped for the Valentine’s stuff. I refreshed the site a couple minutes early, and the stuff had already dropped.

    I was asked my size when getting the deluxe box. I really hope one of the new sherpa jackets is in it!

    • Congrats on getting your box! 🙌👍 I read on JS Twitter a lot of people are having issues with the dropdown on the phone app😳 I had the same issue on my phone, so I logged in on my home computer and had no issues.

      • Hi. I’ve had that happen with everything I’ve tried to purchase. The Shane x Jeffrey launch, the Xmas mystery boxes and Shane’s merchandise launches. Each time I’ve been at that stage of entering my card, and then things were removed because they’re sold out. It’s not fair because you have legitimately secured an item into your cart. Not sure why it happens, but it CONTINUALLY keeps happening and after three months, they still haven’t fixed the issue or learnt from it. It’s not great customer service when we are trying to spend significant amounts of money from these stores. 😢

      • The way I’ve been able to get every launch is by making an actual log in on the JS cosmetics website. I signed into my account which of coarse already has my card and shipping information saved into the system. So all I have to do is add to cart, check out and I’m done 👍 Hopefully this helps you for future launches😊

    • I’ve been stuck in checkout purgatory since 12:59p. Well, they made me not refresh for 30 minutes to ensure I’d keep my spot in line, only to finally empty my cart and now sold out. I really wanted the Supreme, and I got it at 12:59p. But nope. People who got on after me got it. 😔
