I skipped…seriously, what is with the face masks and eyeshadows. Seems to be all they are sending lately. Hard pass.

Has anyone heard that we can only opt out of 1 product now? I emailed Ipsy Care to change my opt outs and was informed that we can now only have one. Then in the process of seeking clarification, I somehow ended up with 600 points, a free product, no answers and I don’t think my opt out got changed…I don’t know what the hell happened.💁😂 I think the Ipsy reps are over there throwing free stuff at people just to avoid having to answer questions. I was nice you guys, I swear! I just wanted to change my opt outs…

I picked the pallet I would prefer to receive the most because we are all so obviously going to be receiving one of these pallets…

Not interested at all! I like glam bag and glam bag plus with add ons better! These are cheap crappy eyeshadows except Violet Voss which I previously received. Ultimate hasn’t ever tempted me. Hard pass! Boxycharm base box and premium killed it this month omgosh got Too Faced Palm Springs eyeshadow $45 palette and the Too Faced diamond highlighter, skin care and got everything I wanted they were sending out for the month!

Ummm Makeup Geek is far from “crappy” eyeshadows and are actually better than Violet Voss and in a whole other league than Tarte. It’s great that you got everything you wanted from Boxy but with there 40+ variations and no customization a lot of people didn’t even get the “big” spoilers.

I know I am probably silly, but I like the bag that is shaped like the one last month (sort of like a train case) I usually buy those months and I usually skip when they do the shape they have this month so I decided to skip this one.

Today was choice day and in addition to the items already shown here, Goldfaden MD Bright Eyes was one of the options.

Ok, one last time lol, if I activate GBU today (choice day) will I get January or February? Will I get to choose for February? And if not, do I wait until the last day of the month so I don’t get the January bag? Does anyone know? Btw…choice is up!

I signed up for ultimate last night (already get regular and plus), and I do not have the option to choose for the ultimate. I was able to choose for the other bags, as usual. For the ultimate, my page says “your glam bag ultimate is coming soon…”.

I’m pretty bummed about this, but I will be checking back throughout the day to see if my account is updated. Please let me know if you have a different experience! Good luck!

I signed up for the regular glam bag on January 2 and still haven’t received it. They charged me for it instantly. I was hoping to choose a couple add-ons, but couldn’t do that either. I still get the same message, “Your Glam Bag is coming soon…”

I don’t think you can depend on receiving any particular month’s bag anymore.

I signed up on choice day a few months ago and was told I would be getting the month I signed up in.
However, after contacting Ipsycare, I was told I would be getting the next month because it was so late in the month.

I’m on the fence too as I see some stuff I’d like and other I wouldn’t. Will choice be announced soon so we know what we can choose? And yes thanks for the add ons reminder. I do also like the bigger bag ultimate offers and that also pushes me to keep it.

How do you know when choice happens? I always feel like I find out by chance like in this comment. Do they announce it on social media or elsewhere? I have missed out before because I didn’t know it was happening. Thanks!

Last month I wasn’t happy about the eyeshadow palette received, so I will probably choose the one I want tomorrow. Which palette would be the best choice? Or should I go with Nature’s Cartel?

The bottom Makeup Geek (Champagne and Rose) palette reads cooler to me, so personally I would pick that one. The Naure’s Cartel look like creams and not a well known brand, at least to my knowledge.

Thank you! I like creams, but never heard of that brand. I usually lean toward the cooler Champagne and Rose colors, too. I was wondering if Violet Voss was way better quality or if Makeup Geek is a winner.

ALMOST resubbed just to see what the choices for Ultimate are, then realized much of this will probably be available as add-ons. If they’re not, it wasn’t meant to be, haha. Last month’s Ultimate left a really bad taste in my mouth, so unless that box suddenly becomes mind-blowing, I’ll stick with GB and GBP.

I wouldn’t mind picking up a MG palette! I hope they are in the add on’s along with that rose mask…I’d love to have them. I would just upgrade to Ultimate if I thought I’d get what I wanted. It seems like a safer bet to hope to be able to add them on. Lol!

I’m thinking about the same thing. I prefer the ultimate velvet bag, and I could easily choose a handful of items that I like from the list above, but who knows what I will get when Ipsy chooses for me? Seriously thinking of canceling Plus and subbing to ultimate, though.

I’m not a subscriber to Ultimate, but I might have to grab that Feel Harmony mask if it’s available as an add-on. Kind of tempted by MG rose palette as well, but I have quite a few palettes still brand new and untouched.

I got the rose face mask in Allure before and really like it. The MG champagne and rosé is my favorite of the palettes

That face mask is heaven in the summer time if you keep it in the fridge! It’s a great mask, it really reduces the size of my pores. It only takes 10 minutes too, definitely one of my favorites!

The VV pallet looks almost identical to the HG pallet we received in Plus a while back.
