The other spoilers that I’ve seen for the Plus look really good. I’m definitely getting it. The only product that I don’t want is the skincare item (in the other spoilers).

Swatched the DC palette in Sephora this past weekend and wasn’t too impressed.Didn’t seem as pigmented as the other offerings in her line. It’s a cute palette tho and nice too see it offered. I’m skipping February tho.

I hope they don’t smash yours like they did to mine. I received it today with my glambag inside of it and my add ons. Then, the Ultimate bag was rolled up tightly and crammed into the smallest bubble envelope I’ve ever seen Ipsy send. It has creases in the vinyl that are probably permanent. My little glambag was creased, too. wasn’t going to, but I’ll probably contact Ipsy about this.

Those aren’t the add-ons for February, they’re the ones from January. I think they’re just making them available for people who skipped their Jan bags.

Does anyone know what the cutoff is for skipping/cancelling? Can you look at the choices first, or do you have to skip before the full reveal? Usually I love the add-ons and hate my box, so I was hoping to get a peak before cancelling. Thank you

IIRC you need to pause by noon on the last day of the current month in order to skip the next month. You’ll be able to choose one of the products in your bag, but not see the entire contents of your bag (which are revealed until the 2nd of each month).

Well this looks good to me! I don’t really need brushes, but I’m a brush hoarder so why not? The more brushes, the less I have to clean them.😂 I love the palette, I don’t have many pinks/purples. I hope there’s some good skincare in there somewhere!

I decided to cancel. If I skip, I can easily get suckered back in by choice. I’ve noticed that the hero items for plus and ultimate are usually offered as add-ons the next month, and these certainly aren’t hero items. Bye.

Yawwwwn! The palette is lovely if you are fair skinned but useless to me. And I have more than enough brushes. Hopefully there is something good in choice or I guess I’m back to skipping.

I’m excited about the DC palette! I don’t have anything like it in my makeup collection. And I can always use more brushes.
I just wish the bag wasn’t a different material from the regular and Ultimate bags. I love the quilted velvet look – the GBP bag is so boring an uninspired compared to the others.

That’s a nice looking brush set. I don’t use much eye shadow (due to my hooded lids). However, this shadow palette is really lovely. So far, so good.

Both these look pretty cool: neat brushes, and I love that sweater design! But I really don’t need new brushes right now, and I don’t think those shades would add much to my collection…
Glad to see such fun items in the box, but probably going to be a skip for me as well. I do like the quilted bag though, so I think I’ll pick up the regular bag instead for that and the add-ons.

I really disliked the DOMINIQUE COSMETICS eyeshadow pallete Boxycharm sent recently. However, I do like the colors in this pallete better.
Might be a skip for me.

I like the other palette from boxy. I bought the sweater weather set from Sephora and had to return it. I am AA and browned skinned and it just looked ashy and not enough pigment for my skin tone. I can see it being very appealing to many others.

Yes, I’m referring to the formula and not necessarily the colors in the pallete that Boxycharm sent out. I just wasn’t a fan. I do like the colors in the Sweater weather pallete but if the formula is the same I just would not be impressed.

As a WOC, I’ve found I’ve had to skip ipsy more times than I care to admit because the spoilers indicated products that weren’t going to zero use from me. I don’t think they have enough lip liner in the world to account for all the “nude” pink lipsticks or “peachy” reds that ipsy dares to send me.
