Well….after receiving my box and finally reading the ingredients, I can only use two, count ’em TWO items from this entire box: Bioderma and Doctor Rogers restore. The other products have lavender oil – way too much of it – and I can’t apply it to my skin without a serious reaction.

I got the leopard scrunchie!

Does anyone know of a promo code? I want to order another January box before they sell out! I really like those vitamins!!

So fed up with all the repeats and how the value of these boxes have decreased over the last 6-8 months, I would say..There’s very rarely a full size product anymore…what’s the full size in this one?? The sheet mask??? .I’m glad I saw the spoilers because I told myself for 2020 if this box doesn’t start improving I’m cancelling…January was amazing and showed me hope but this is awful…I’ll keep an eye on next months spoilers, but I cancelled for now.

The dermalect moisturizer is not a good product. I recieved it in another sub box – it totally doesn’t work. My skin felt drier after using it.

Bioderma Sensibio H2O? AGAIN? I have two or three of these already and I’m not a regular subscriber. I’m not a big fan of micellar water anyway- it’s drying on me especially in my eye area. Now micellar cleansing GEL- that’s another story. I just got the Simple one that was recommended by Hyram the skin care guy on YouTube and I LOVE it.

NOTE- I’m 60, dry and sensitive. Your mileage may vary.

My last box never arrived, I’ve emailed their customer service several times and yet to get a reply. I loved dermstore and their subscription box while it was good but I am never purchasing anything from them again!

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Agreed. My January box hadn’t shipped my mid/late January so I called them (I’m a new subscriber) just to make sure there hadn’t been a mistake- – and they shipped it out immediately AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME!!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Tat

Call them. Honestly, they have world class cs.

Reply ButtonReply

NatalyaD

I would just call them. I was missing a box and they shipped it out the next day after I called.

BeautyFix has been my favorite skincare box for a several years. I think the combination of product overload and saturation point of getting same products/brands across different sub boxes is getting me now. I think it is a good thing. I will keep watching here though 🙂

Nikkim

I don’t like to use sheet masks anymore (personal choice) and my hair is so thick, thickening cream is the last thing I need. Micellar water..yawn. I’ll keep waiting for you though beautyfix!

I am really disappointed in this box after Beautyfix hit a home run imo in January. I was hoping for the start of a trend but alas, no. I am going to cancel but not before I use the money that would have gone to the February box to order another January box. The HUM product and silk scrunchie alone more than cover the cost of the box and there are other great things in it I will use and share.

Alice

Agree. January was a super box. Worth a second for gummies alone.

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

This is a really good idea! I might do the same!

Reply ButtonReply

Raych

Surprisingly I really enjoyed the January box and went on to buy the slip hair elastics. I also really like the verso cream and might eventually get full size.

As I’m new to the BeautyFIX box, I’m happy to be getting this on in.

Melissa

Beautyfix confirmed On fb the doctor Rogers balm is full size

Reply ButtonReply

Laurie

I received this in a different sub box and it was a four ounce tube.

Reply ButtonReply

JulesCase

I don’t currently subscribe to Beauty Fix but I LOVE this balm – I got it in a FFF box and nothing has helped my dry lips as much as that stuff! It’s pretty expensive so this box sounds good.

I *love* PCA skin HA serum also. I like the looks of Feb’s box! I just spent $266 at Marshalls on skincare products though so I’m torn.

This is an addiction!

Reply ButtonReply

Melissa

I think the ointment is considered full size. Overall it’s an ok box. I’m passing because I’m on overload but the value is there and these are some great products!

Reply ButtonReply

Dawn

Have any of you tried Working Hands? That stuff works great for me and it is inexpensive.

Reply ButtonReply

missann

I’ve used every hand cream know to man and in my opinion the best is Jack Black. Yes, it’s pricey at $15 for a 3 oz tube. I buy the $40 larger size and it lasts me about one year and so worth it to me.

Reply ButtonReply

Murray

No full sized products this month?
(Also a heads up…the link for “Check out our reviews for past Beauty Fix boxes” isn’t working.)

Reply ButtonReply

Laurie

I cancelled this last year and don’t regret it. I’m done with subs then send out a bunch of sample sized items. I dumped Allure and Sephora Play for the same reason. Ipsy and Birchbox got dropped a couple years ago and I don’t miss them either. These days, I expect full sized items in my boxes and really love those that I’ve subbed (Boxwallia, Detox, Glossybox, New Beauty & and I just re-subbed BoxyCharm). What are your favorite subs?

doodlebug6

Check out K beauty box Beauteque Monthly if you love skincare! Such a fun box and lots of full size and tools/lifestyle items in each box w very little make up and always a mask of some kind, usually sheet!

Reply ButtonReply

Anna

Yes and yes to Laurel &Reed!

Reply ButtonReply

Cc

If you like Boxwalla, I’d recommend Beauty Heroes as well as Laurel and Reed.
Also check on Net a Porter when they do their (yearly?) boxes. Last year I got their Jet a Porter summer box that was worth I think $600 for $98

Reply ButtonReply

Tiffany

Also try Kleverpark

Luna

Net-a-Porter usually does a few boxes each year 🙂 I really hope their boxes this year as good as last year’s. They killed it with their boxes last year! 🙂

Meghan

I don’t know what happened to this sub, but I’m so glad I cancelled a year ago.

Reply ButtonReply

Laurie

Me too! There is no excitement and often the products have been around awhile.

Jill W Lowry

I so agree. Ipsy Plus is head and shoulders better now. I used to love this box!

Reply ButtonReply

tammy g.

still no…beautyfix is going downhill..

Reply ButtonReply

Nat

Feels like this box is missing some products. Not for me. Didn’t like Jan either. But, wow, they are super early with spoilers this month.

“dewy glow” = “oily sheen”

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Yes. For those of us that have natural oil, we sure dont want to accentuate it.

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

None of these products excite me but they are all stuff I kind of need with the harsh cold weather (I live in Fairbanks). So yay for truly useful stuff.

I wonder if they will actually send me the R+Co. Most places won’t ship anything that can’t handle pressure up here. Does anyone else subscribe from outside of the continental US, and have experience with this?

Thank you!

Reply ButtonReply

AKprincess

I also live in Fairbanks and holy cow this is a crazy dry winter. I’m constantly battling what I describe as my “lizard skin” so this box looks awesome to me. Can’t wait to get it!

Reply ButtonReply

Jen

Hey neighbor lol, I’m in Fairbanks too. I’m not currently subscribed but I have in the past and beautyfix always sent me the exact box that was advertised, and they don’t charge extra to ship to Alaska. 😊

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Thank you everyone!

Cyn

I live outside the U.S. and have always received all of the items listed. .

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Thank you!

Jill W Lowry

Yes. Hawaii. It doesn’t seem consistent. I can’t order pens from Amazon but I can other places, some subs won’t send hairspray but others will. I did get R&co in my FFF box though. Maybe you’ll get lucky?

Reply ButtonReply

carol ann.

ooh my husband and I are planning on moving to alaska, and this is super good to know!!!

Reply ButtonReply

Danielle

Oh and Alaska is amazing! 🙂

Danielle

Oh and Alaska is AMAZING! 🙂

Danielle

If you subscribe to Birchbox or boxycharm I would look at their policies. Birchbox in particular won’t ship most sprays or any fingernail polish :(. Boxy charges extra to ship here.

Luna

Looks like I’ll be re-subbing for another month. I’m most excited to try that PCA serum & Lilah B face mist. Everything else looks good too!

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

The PCA is really good. I’ve received it in past Beautyfix.

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

Nice! I like that it’s one quarter the full size, so I should get plenty of uses to enjoy it 🙂

Adeline

Everything looks tiny

Reply ButtonReply

Luna

They look decent sized to me 🙂 I typically get a lot of uses out of my samples (and I don’t skimp… but I’m not wasteful either… I just use what feels right for me), but I know YMMV with samples, so I can understand how they wouldn’t be useful for others.

Melissa

They are either super early with spoilers or super late 😂 I appreciate the early spoilers. Although I do think I’ll skip this one. I’m on product overload and need to use up what I have and this isn’t too exciting

Lily

Loved the January box enough to resub. Yet not liking this one.

Reply ButtonReply

Alice

Same. I thought they were back on track. I was wrong. If February had one more item, full size, I probably would have kept.
