My package was lost by UPS never made it to my local post office. They are giving me a refund which is good, but I was really looking forward to this box. I love the Ahava hand lotion it smells great and makes my hands so soft. I was looking forward to the other products as well.

I am thrilled with my second month Macy’s box! Will probably cancel Ipsy (especially they increased price to $12 recently).

Received my Macy’s box today. Items received are exactly as pictured above. A few things about this box and the Macys box overall. #1 not sure if anyone else ever noticed the Macy’s box is packaged and boxed perfectly to be opened and broken down for recycling at the same time. It seems like the box unfolds itself as you open it.
** KUDOs to Macy’s for being so thoughtful and helping us help the planet by making this box easy to breakdown and recycle. **
I’m excited about the jade roller as I mentioned in my previous reply. I received a mini in a previous box recently and love it so having a 2nd one on hand and a larger one is a welcome gift for me.
I have and use the Estee Lauder eye cream (for years on and off) and never had a bad reaction. I will proceed with caution when I use this one and be more mindful in case anything adverse happens this time. I tend to have sensitive skin and some rosacea too.
Not excited about the Sunday Riley but everything else looks good and hydrating to me. Thanks and happy near year to each and every one of you! C C

I test every new product by putting a quarter inch circle of it inside a circle I draw inside my wrist or firearm with a ballpoint pen. I know it gets tedious but I do this twice two nights in a row because then I can be sure I am not allergic.

Please help!!
Can someone hook me up with the contact information for this box.. Tracking says it was sent yesterday so I guess it has been stolen or put in someone else’s mailbox. This is my only subscription box left. I’m really really upset 🥺.

The most they might do if they’re in a good mood is credit your account for the February box but they won’t resend January.

How is it Macys fault that the post office lost your box? They won’t replace it anyway.

February… red makeup bag, red lipstick…. that’ll be my guess!

I was hoping for a make-up item included rather than just skincare, but i do like the products they have picked. I can do without the jade face roller, i still think Macy’s has good boxes.

Just a follow up, i really like this box, but please be aware that the Estee Lauder eye cream has horrible reviews about burning, peeling skin after use. I tried it out and loved it and decided i wanted to purchase it until i read the reviews. I put it in the trash, its not worth the risk.

I had burning ,tearing, blurred vision from having this exact eye cream on for less than 5 minutes. I had an open sore/2nd degree blistering on my left eye lid for a month before it finally healed.
Darlene
I don’t have sensitive skin at all. Estee Lauder eye cream actually caused a chemical burn on my eyelids several years ago when it was in an Allure box. I have no idea why but I definitely advise caution.

I’ve been billed already a day or two ago and the box looks good to me. I loved the feel of my jade roller, received a mini. I’m happy to have another for another room in my home. I need to see things to remember to use them so having two will double the chances I use it with more regularity. Happy new year friends!

I thought they started the bags up again. 😥
Another disappointing month. Blah.

I find it fascinating how nearly identical this box is to Sephora’s “Play” Box. It too contained, I think about 5-6 lux Brand samples, a couple Perfum samples & a Points Card to use there. I loved it for several mos. but had to cancel bec we had a fire @ our home-couldn’t afford anything afterwards.

I’ve always wanted to try a Jade roller and there is eye cream and serum. Worth the $15 for me right there. Guess I will finally give in and sub. For January anyway. 😁

I just re-subscribed to Macy’s again and I was disappointed to see that the cosmetic bag was not included in the package. Did they stop including the cosmetic bag? If so, I’m cancelling my subscription!

There was a bag last month! It was super cute!! I think they are just mixing it up.

Been there…done that… Your first box will be February. Chat nor calling them and speaking with an actual representative will work 🤪🙃

Same. They told me I would that month but nope. Took the money out then put it back in. I’m still arguing with them over the laura geller eyeliner set i bought that didnt match the box colors 🙄
Missy
Once their spoilers are out you can’t sub, downfall of Macy’s box 🙃

If you sub now, you first bag will be February

I sent them a chat message to see if it’s at all possible.

I would like to try one of the Jade Rollers and the rest of the box looks great!

I read the Jade rollers don’t work. That and the perfume, not into it but everything else looks good!

I don’t find that they really do anything but if you keep it in the fridge it feels really nice on a hot day or after a sleepless night. So I think they do the job. Just don’t expect miracles.

The jade roller for me works great. Esp for those vertical lines between the brows and smile lines. I keep it chilled and use with an aloe based or firming cream. 🙂 *You do have to use it daily, not just occasionally.

Thank you!!! I’ll have to try it when I get my box next month.
Erica
Ok, ill try it out. I have fine lines under my eyes and have been using so many creams! Thanks!

If you haven’t been billed yet and do not want this month, you can go in and delete your credit card/debit information, and they will not be able to charge you. Their FAQ explains they will skip you that month if their charging is unsuccessful. But it obviously only works if you get in there before they attempt to charge you : )
Just make sure your info is back in place in time to be counted for the next month’s box. They close orders around mid-month for the following month’s box.
It’s annoying that you don’t ever get spoilers in time to choose that month’s box. I get the impression that Macy’s is not really ‘together’ with their subscription service lol.

I think that Macy’s relies on a different model than most subscription services. They make just enough boxes for those clients who have subscribed that month. They aren’t targeting people who want to wait and see what they get before subscribing.

And the upside is no variations

I’m actually very happy with this, but I haven’t been billed. Hope everything is all good.

Yay, I was charged! I have extremely dry skin, so this month is the perfect box for me 🙂 Can’t wait!

I’ll be happy if I get everything. I didn’t get December’s bag and I was hugely disappointed. I wanted that the most🥺

The bag for December is super cute AND has not shed one piece of glitter!

This box is a bit boring. Looking forward to the Ahava product. I have their other hand cream and love everything about it. I’ve tried Clinique product and it’s OK, nothing earth shattering. This will be my 2nd jade roller and it will be stored next to the other one I don’t use. Haven’t tried Estee Lauder product yet. Always on a look out for a good eye cream. Hopefully this one is good. Wish instead of the roller we got a bag. I also like Sunday Riley. In fact used this same product last night so this will be used. But yeah, a bit boring

Please no more jade rollers! I didn’t like the first one I received. I like the 3rd one even less. I think for New Years MSA should let us post a list of things we would like never to see in another box again.

I’m so excited for this one. Two products that I’ve just run out of and three I’ve wanted to try. *Chef’s kiss*
I’ve also been curious about jade rollers but don’t know exactly how to use them. Am I supposed to use it to work in serums, etc?

I’m excited for the Jade roller tool
also. Yes it’s for after you apply your products to run all over facial and décolleté to get the products better absorbed and good blood flow to the face.

I think these are all great products but I already have them all (except the perfume samples).

I intended to re-subscribe to Macy’s starting with the January box, but I guess it’s now too late. For some reason I thought I had until the end of this month, but I see now February will be the 1st box if I sign up today. I guess it’s for the best since, like you, I already have everything in this box (I’ve actually been focusing on using up all the samples I have of that Estee Lauder eye cream… and I’m about to finish up my last one. woo-hoo!) although I wouldn’t be surprised if I already have the perfume too. lol I think this is a good box though, and I wouldn’t have minded to get duplicates. 🙂

I really loved this box! I can’t understand why people keep complaining about the bags! How many do you need? Subscribe to ipsy or sephora if you need a bag every month. I love the jade roller (the first one I ever got in a beauty box and I sub 3) and everything else in the box. I’ve used the eye cream before and loved it as well. If Macy’s starts sending variations I will cancel, Allure is starting that garbage and I got a variation that was $40 less in value than the other subs and I was livid.
chantel
Last time I did that, I still got that month’s box
Nancyisshopping
I have to be blunt and say that I am not looking forward to another one of those rollers. The products, although good brands, are all pretty standard for boxes. 🙁 I’m not looking forward to the month of January box but you have to take the good with the bad and some months are really good.

I feel like I get a lot of those products in GWPs. I actually like the Clinique moisturizer a lot but I have enough tiny jars of it to last me for 6 months. (Also I strongly dislike Sunday Riley products as they make my skin hurt and the whole fake review scandal has put me off them as well.)
