I got the jo hansford shampoo for color treated hair and Lord & berry made to measure lip color in just naked. Also got mio shrink to fit but it exploded out the bottom and was all over the box. They said they would send a new one.

My box arrived today and it contained
Jo Hansford Everyday shampoo & conditioner samples instead of the Sebastian dark oil & also a different shade of lip liner.

Mine came today. I’m happy to try the Jo Hansford Colour Care products, since I wasn’t looking forward to the Sebastian oil ones. Less excited about the Naked liner color.

what a pity the Sebastian Professional Dark Oil Shampoo & conditioner
contain harmful ingredients such as sulfates, silicones and parabens. that is no longer of this time. we want sustainable safe
products that will benefit your hair. nor can I find any info about the product E cooking super serum at the website Lookfantastic

House of Cosmetics A/S Denmark. Look Fantastic carries a lot of the products, under E Cooking in brands. This serum is not offered there though, go figure. I tried it last night. It’s fantastic and so silky.

Looks like a really good box for me. Just wish the Lord and Berry were colorful and not the unpromising “nude.” I signed up for the year 9 or 10 months ago and got my December box as usual around the 15th. Sorry to hear others are experiencing delays. I love the product lines LF has introduced me to.

Nice spoiler, but I wish I’d just get my December box. Look Fantastic has notoriously bad customer service for missing boxes. Still waiting and wondering if I’ll hear back from them. Other companies at least reply to emails. I get that mail is slow in December, but billing was at normal speed. Where’s my box?

Look Fantastic customer service is generally poor in my experience. I had an issue recently and had conflicting responses from two different staff. Do they train them at all?
My January box was despatched 10th January but like you said, no delay in taking our money.
Disappointed by this spoiler as there are few “known” brands and I’m only likely to use two products. But that’s par for the course with LF these days.

I have discovered that with the holidays, LF tends to ship slower due to amount of packages going out. Happens every year I’ve been subscribed.

The Mio boob tube smells delicious I really love it. Its a nice creamy moisturizer for your boobs and neck/throat/declotauge (sp?) I hope I get it again. I was almost out of mine I can’t remember which box I got it in though but I just received another one I bought off Mercari the other day, so now I’ll have a backup if I get it. I wouldn’t mind getting either of the other two options either though. All the other things are new to me except the GLOV brand I have a mitt from them that works really great! I love the box that this comes in its super nice, I repurposed several of mine for Christmas gift boxes for my daughters.

For the first time in several months I am looking forward to my LF box. Other than the Lord & Berry and Mio, the products are new to me. I’m prone to break outs so the tea tree oil product is something that I am eager to try.
