I also received an invoice with some information about returns and exchanges on the back. I did actually do an exchange this month and it was so easy! I just went into my account -> my orders then selected the item that I wanted to exchange and the reason, printed a mailing label and shipped it back in the bag it arrived in. As soon as my package scanned, my exchange was on its way to me!

Long Puffer Jacket in Shale, Size L - Retail Value $93.95, VIP Price $64.95
I had this coat in my cart as an "if it goes on sale item" and low and behold it was marked down to $32.67 for their Black Friday sale which I received early access to via my email! I decided to go ahead and shop early in case it sold out in the size and color I wanted. So I am still trying to figure out sizing from JustFab. I have learned that tops run a bit small and so I sized up to a large which is what I figured would work for this coat since I like my coats a bit larger in case I have layers on. Well, in this case, it was much too large. I thought I would just make it work and enjoy the extra wiggle room, but my sisters (if you have them, you know what I mean!) were adamant that it did not work and I needed to exchange it for a medium, so that's what I did!

This is the medium which fits me much better and while I was worried it would be too tight, it is a perfect fit and much more comfortable! Here I have a T-shirt and a light sweatshirt on underneath with some room, still.

As for the coat itself, I am pretty happy with the quality overall, although the snaps at the pockets, could probably use a little reinforcing since they feel weak, but the coat is warm and I love that the hood zips off! I like that it has a little tie at the waist to give it more of a fitted look, but I think it can easily be worn without the belt, too. The color is a bit more of a purple/grey in person, but I actually really like it and think it is neutral enough to wear with any combination of shoes, hats and scarves! The zippers actually look like they are made of plastic but with a metal pull, so while I would never pay retail for this, I still think it was a steal for a long, warm coat with a removable hood!

Headed Out Clutch in Kelly Green - Retail Value $49.95, VIP Price $29.95
I had to have this bag because I LOVE this kelly green color! It just screams Christmas and holidays to me without being too much. It is simple and can be worn as either a shoulder or crossbody bag or just carried as a clutch since it came with a removable strap. I love the gold accents and the opening is fairly wide and holds a good amount for being a clutch-sized bag. It has one inner zipper pocket, so not too much in the way of organization, but it is perfect for my needs these days! Plus, I only paid $14.97 for it, so I'm happy!

Here you can see it worn both ways. It may be a bit tight as a crossbody, but I can make the strap a bit longer since it adjusts with a buckle!
The Verdict: While I am still getting the hang of JustFab's sizing, I think I fared very well this month with what I was able to purchase at their Black Friday prices. I never would have thought I could get a long puffer coat and a cute handbag that I love for just $50.29, especially when they retail for a total of $143.90 ($94.90 with VIP prices)! While exchanges may be a bit of a hassle in general, I found the process relatively easy since I didn't need to reach out to customer service or anything. I love taking advantage of a good sale, and this one resulted in some great, useful items for me!
