I also have been having issues with their customer service. I have emailed 4 times now and received no response. I was charged for and shipped a second Winter box for no reason – and I cannot figure out how this happened! I have been searching online for a phone number to get in touch with their customer service since they won’t reply to emails and cannot find anything. Does anyone have any advice on what to do? Should I just dispute the charge with my credit card company? I really just want to return the second box and get a refund.

Stay far far away from this box. I sent an email yesterday asking them to help me cancel my subscription, and instead they charged me AGAIN for another winter box that I’ve already received. Worst subscription box customer service ever. Stay far far far away.

I have YET to receive my December Holiday box!!!!! And your Customer Service will not respond!!! This is absolutely terrible service and I am shocked the Ellen would have her name attached to something like this that treats people this way and steals their money!!!! Disgraceful!!

I’m curious to know what your “backend” is that you are experiencing issues with. I think being kind is also being honest and letting your customers know why and who messed this up for all of us at Christmas. It may make a few decide not to cancel their subscription, which I still have not been able to do, but American Express has assured me you will not be able to charge my account again.
