Last Call for the Winter 2019 FabFitFun Box!

I’m so frustrated because I ordered my first box early November & assumed I’d start with the Winter box but I just got the fall box, so I’m behind & when it comes time to customize them I’m SOL on certain items, I mean I guess I get my winter box in Feb?

For anyone wondering what’s still available, I just live chatted with customer service and as of right now, the S/M slippers, Karuna masks and shower speaker are sold out.

Can’t wait for this box to arrive! Hopefully before Christmas.

Does anyone have a current update of what options are already sold out?

Does anyone know if the blanket is still available?

I just signed up for a seasonal Winter box, but I’m not able to make any customization choices. I thought new members could make choices as well?

Even though my box is skincare heavy I love that blanket! I was doubtful but it washed up perfectly and does not pill!! Def. One of my favorite boxes in a long time from them.

This was a really great box. I was a little worried about the blanket because the last one we got in this box wasn’t great but this one is so soft and warm.

I am also in love with that LXMI melt…so much so that I ordered additional tubes as gifts and a backup (FYI – the code doesn’t seem to be listed on their site right now, but CM4 will get you 40% off on the LXMI website but I believe the sale ends today). My husband and I have been using it as an overnight mask and we both can’t stop touching our faces, our skin is soo soft. Also seems to be fading my sun spots a little and it actually seems to help with acne. Love!

After several weeks of telling myself I do not need this box, I went ahead and ordered one today. This is one of the best and most useful FFF boxes ever, and I was still able to select everything I originally wanted: blanket, shampoo/conditioner, shower speaker, and Rodial drops. Really looking forward to receiving this one!

Just passing along what their customer service is saying:

If you place an order any time in the month of December, they are processing the boxes over a ” one month period”.

They are not guaranteeing holiday delivery for anything ordered after November 25th, IOW, and were so very cheerful about providing the information.

I stupidly bought one, because I had some gifts to give that fit the category of many of the items in the selections.

CS informed me that the box may well not make it to my state ( a central southern Gulf Coast state) before Christmas. Did not pull any punches about the ” one month from order date to shipping date”.

I’d think long and hard before doing what I just did. Bought a box for me and the second was supposed to be for a relative.

Concur that the slippers in my size S/M were sold out and the Karuna masks. Luckily, I didn’t want either one.
On the first choice, I was able to get 2 choices, the blanket and the Kate Somerville moisturizing cream.

It is what it is, just maybe not for Christmas.,,,,, or New Year’s either! ( I remember when BOS did this, but I have a tracking number this time around- will be here Monday. Nothing at all from PSMH).

So I just got the winter box (2nd box for me because my first winter box came with a $15 off for a friend) so I just did this at 8pm pst.. the small slippers and karuna masks were sold out. Everything else was available to me for seasonal options (3 options).

I really loved this box! The blanket is amazing. Every single item will get used if not all ready. My addons were in my box which I received in a timely manner. FFF has definitely stepped up and impressed. 👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Still waiting on my box. It’s been in and out of Illinois and Wisconsin twice already. The way it is going back and forth between states and still has to come overseas I’m beginning to think I won’t have it before i go on vacation.

It looks like they changed their shipping carriers and not for the better for me.

I just got my box and I’m a little disappointed because I didn’t get either of the 2nd choices (the shampoo set and karuna face masks) that I picked to add on for the extra $15 or so. I did my customization after the great website crash for seasonal members. This was the first time I even tried that option so I don’t know what happened. They were in my box and showed up there the whole time until I got my shipping notice email and then saw they were not added. Has anyone else had this happen? I got my add on from the shop though. I love the blanket, it’s so soft. The rest of the things I chose look good as well, the items they chose for me would not have been my first choices tbh but I won’t let them go to waste.

I was thinking of getting another box, are the blanket and large slippers still available? How can I find out what’s sold out before getting another? I had no idea the blanket was weighted, otherwise I would have got one in my 1st box.

I love, love all the products I received in the Winter2019.
I also give FABFITFUN’S Customer Service Team high marks!!! They are helpful and quick to resolve problems.

I held out hoping for a better discount and now I can’t get the bonus box. I’m so bummed I waited. 😭😭. Want the shampoo. But I think I’ll just miss out this time.

The blanket is amazing, and I love the slippers. Def makes up for the lacklustre fall box.
