Postmark'd Studio PostBox "Octo-BEAR" Review

Anne always sends a super cute little note in a tiny envelope. This one is wrapped in red, white, and black plaid.

The back of our info/product card tells the story of Dodges and Daisies, the studio behind the super cute ephemera postcard below.

I am swooning over the packaging this month.

Happy Birthday Card by Yeppie Paper - Retail Value $4.50

I had to 'aaawwwww' over this card of a bear catching salmon-inspired cupcakes. What a perfect birthday card for the outdoorsy person in your life. It arrived with an earthy kraft envelope. I think the illustration style of this card is really lovely and I love the soft colors.

Thanks Bear Camper Card by Driscoll Design - Retail Value $5.00

These bears are so precious! This thank you bear arrives with a garland and his warm boots and hat. The inside of his white envelope is lined with red and black plaid, which gives this cute card extra specialness.

Sunflower Bear Card by Polanshek of the Hills - Retail Value $4.00

Sunflowers + bears are such a winning combination. This little guy has been hard at work picking tons of sunflowers to present to whoever is lucky enough to receive this charming card. It arrived with a kraft envelops which is a beautiful accent to this illustration's colors.

Shadow Bear Card by Fluid Press Ink

This might be my favorite card because it is so imaginative. I love the illustration style and it is a combination of letterpress AND watercolor, which is dreamy. I might save this one to frame as a small art print instead of mailing.

Smokey the Bear Postcard by Lantern Press

Who doesn't love Smokey the Bear? This card is so cute and I love the vintage vibes. It will make a perfect little 'just because' card to send my mom.

Beary Important Notepad by Noteworthy Press - Retail Value $8.00

Another cute bear! I am so taken by this notepad. It has a magnet so you can pop it on your fridge and nice, long lined sheets perfect for grocery lists.

Moonstruck Chocolate Bar, 3 oz - Retail Value $4.00

There isn't anything much more decadent than dark chocolate and sea salt! Mmm! I love a sweet and salty snack and this was perfection to snack on throughout a long day.

Vintage Stamps

And here is our monthly envelope filled with vintage postage. Anne always includes a postage calculator for those of us who are mathematically challenged.

Verdict: This might be one of my favorite Postmark'd boxes ever. I just love all the bears! The theme (as usual) was beautifully executed. I loved each and every card and the extras this month were wonderful too! I can always use another notepad and CHOCOLATE! This subscription is my favorite for unique cards and if you are looking for a card-centric sub with fun extra treats, this is the one for you.

I love natural/vegan beauty products, Korean skincare, unique jewelry, and weird candies from far away places. When I am not waiting for my next exciting box you can find me painting or taking photographs of interesting people. I never leave home without pug hair somewhere on my shirt and a bold lipstick on my smile.

Beautiful, but I would have loved a Halloween card or two in my box.

This is so fun!! I love sending snail mail but hate going to the store and scouring all the ho hum cards looking for that one special one. This box solves that problem. And honestly, I’d probably want it just for the vintage postage alone. I have such a thing for pretty and unique stamps. Plus this box makes me feel less guilt paying for it because “technically “ it’s gifts for others! 😉 thanks for the review, otherwise I would have never known this existed. ❤️

I just subscribed – this is the most wonderful sub! I loved the mermaid theme in March of 2018 (my birthday is in March and I’m a landlocked mermaid at heart…long live Weeki Wachee). And the zesty theme of January and all the darling extras! Can’t wait to begin receiving this to add to my monthly snail mailings. I can’t send enough cards and notes to folks – it means so much these days ❤️ And long live snail mail! 🐌
