Select Access Dates:

  • Add-Ons: Nov. 1 – Nov. 5
  • Customization: Nov. 2 – Nov. 5
  • Bill Date: Nov 7

All Access Dates:

  • Add-Ons: Nov. 14 – Nov. 18
  • Customization: Nov. 15 – Nov. 18
  • Bill Date 2: Nov 20
  • Bill Date 3: Nov 27

Starting this Winter, we will be implementing some exciting changes to make your membership experience more efficient and enjoyable. Back in June, we had announced our Long Term Shipping and Billing Improvement Plan 193 based on the feedback we collected from many of you. We are now excited to share these plans being further put into action.

First, starting in Winter, we will be moving to 3 separate billing dates (previously 2). This change will reduce the average time between billing and shipping for each of the groups. It will also help prevent shipping overlap between each group as we will begin shipping only one group at a time. Select Members will be billed and shipped exclusively within the earliest group.

  • Group 1: All Select. This includes APO/FPO/DPO address which will be automatically upgraded to Select status to honor our Active Duty Military. Stay tuned while we continue exploring other ways to verify Military in future seasons.
  • Group 2: Non-Select Members who purchase Add-Ons or add additional items to their Box during Customization and Non-Select Members who live in CA/UK/AK/HI/PR.
  • Group 3: Non-Select members that don’t fall into group 2.

The second notable change is that we’ll be launching 2 separate access windows for Add-Ons and Customization!

Select Access Add-Ons + Customization window will be exclusively for Select members. If you are an active Select member you MUST customize during this window.

All Access Add-Ons + Customization window will open after Select-Access closes. Non-Select members will have the exclusive opportunity to customize their box during this window. During this window, Non-Select members can shop Add-Ons which will ship with their Winter box.

Please note that while Select members do have access to shop Add-Ons in the All Access window, they may only purchase the specified max of the same item between both sales. For example, if a certain product has a max of 3 and a Select member purchased 1 of the product in the Select Access Add-On window, they would only be allowed to purchase 2 of that product in the All Access Add-Ons. They will also be subject to additional shipping fees because their main order would have already begun processing with the earlier shipping group.

  1. I forgot about add ons opening yesterday, since I’m at work during that time. I hopped on this morning and was able to get everything I wanted. Had to refresh my “favorites” page a few times to get the beauty blender and some other things that were OOS when I first went on, but all together it took about 20 minutes and no hassle with the site being down. I don’t think I’ll ever try to do this as soon as add-ons open anymore. This was much easier.

  2. Has anyone ever tried the beautyblender blotterazzi or liner designer?? If so, please advise as to whether these are useful and actually work 🙂

    • I really like the blotterazzi! If you’ve ever used blotting papers, it basically works in place of those. I think it’s really helpful if I need my makeup to last for a long period of time, especially in summer. Would definitely recommend though. Hope that helps some!

  3. I’ve only had this box twice in the last two years, this time I’m annual. So I don’t know but, don’t they usually show more than one spoiler before customization opens. Do we just go in tomorrow and pick our stuff. I feel like we usually see some more beforehand.
    Is there risk of some stuff selling out for even the select members?

    • The fact that they are not showing the other spoilers makes me wonder how bad they are.
      The first few were good.

  4. The site crash was long enough for me to realize 1. I need NO add-ons and 2. I’m cancelling after this box.
    I’m done with this hot mess.

  6. Liz will post the full box spoilers tomorrow when she customizes her box, and then there will be a chorus of “well, I’m not doing this box. How disappointing.”

    In December, people like me will swoop in on the “get a box for $25” offer. Or not. I was very happy with the fall box and even ordered a second box for gifts, then canceled the sub. I am curious to see the spoilers.

    Thank goodness, not one of us will lose the roof over her head, her means of transportation, or the food in her fridge over an FFF box or add-ons.

  7. I’m sorry if someone has already asked, but if you buy an extra winter box, do you get to customize it at all?

    • not if you get it at the 39.99 price.

      • also not if you get it discounted. And by then the better choices are usually gone. So that’s the price you pay for the discount 🙂

  8. Are these spoilers for the Add Ons or Box?

  9. Well it took a while but I was able to get on. The only thing that excited me was the Beautyblenders. Which were sold out. But after an exhausting (lol) refreshing the internet for over an hour I was able to grab three. I have other things in my cart but nothing that really excites me. I’ll knock it down to a handful of things by the end of the sale.

    • The one thing that I was really excited about was the Hey Honey Good Morning Honey Silk Facial Serum. I got it in one of my first IGBP boxes and it makes an amazing primer. You can also use it alone and your skin will look great. I absolutely love it!

    • In the sale, do they have regular Beautyblenders, or is it the blotterazzi and liner ones?

      • It’s the regular blenders and they are $7 a piece. So $21 for all three. Score!!

        • Whaaaat that’s awesome! I was about to buy some from Sephora during their rouge sale. Thanks for the heads up!!

  10. How do I add the free item to my cart? I don’t even see them listed.

    • The free items are near the bottom of the Add-Ons list, right before the Out of Stock items.

    • there is a tab called sponsored.

  11. FFF has advertised so hard it’s obnoxious, but come Add-on day their site completely crashed. Got our money, but no websit or customer service available; lesson learned, won’t get another nickel from me. Won’t renew subscription or do any business white this company again.👎

  12. Well isn’t this a nice welcome to me for signing up for an annual subscription today. I wanted to participate in the add one’s early and be able to customize more options so I upgraded my seasonal box just this morning. From all the comments it seems like this is typical behavior when add on’s are available 😤. How easy is it to choose your customizations when you’re seasonal?

    • I meant annual.

      • I go in the first day available and have never had an issue getting what I want, as far as customization.

  15. FFF needs to spend more money on website development staff and less on D and F list “celebrities.”
    I can’t complain about their boxes because I usually enjoy the products, but the priorities become almost as annoying as they are obvious.

    • I didn’t see them either.

    • Try using My Favorites and you should see them.

  18. I just came back to FFF after being an annual subscriber in 2017 because I liked so many items in the winter box. I hope I don’t end up regretting it.

  20. Anyone else notice FFF deleted all the community threads about add-ons crashing? I mean, there were too many threads, but deleting all of them feels excessive.

    • That part of the site is also down for me so I can’t even see the drama or be up to date.

    • NOt sure, but chatting with someone wasn’t as helpful. Debating if I should even renew now.

  21. I don’t have time for this. This will, for sure, be my last box with this unprofessional company. Boxes are going downhill anyway.

  22. The site crashed a minute after this announcement was posted. I was happily shopping for add ons until I got the notification and all the MSA community joined.

    • Me too.. I just hope what I added is still there when it comes back up 🤞

      • I’m envious that you actually got to shop…I went on immediately at 9AM and the site would never load so I didn’t even get to put anything in my cart. 🙁

      • It never even let me get to a page to add, so you’re one step ahead of me.

    • I wouldn’t blame others for your misfortune. Historically, the sale has been at this time so it doesn’t take a genius to figure out when it’d open up. I wonder if this is why that “we’ll email you when the sale opens up” email/notification never actually went out – because they anticipated there may be a problem and want to fix it first before telling everyone.

  23. Anyone remember how long this lasted last time? How long until they finally came back on again?

  24. I was already thinking of not renewing since Winter is my last box. If I lose all the addons I was able to add before it crashed like last time I’m done for sure. This is beyond old.

    • I’m in the same boat…. Honestly I only stick around for the community board at this point.

  25. I’m actually really glad this happened- it makes me 100% committed to not renewing my annual membership after the winter box.

    They have website issues Every. Single. Time. They have billing/shipping/OOS issues Every. Single. Time. The executive team trots out the same old tired excuses after each incident, and nothing ever seems to change.

    The opportunity to keep buying discounted leftovers (that are primarily off brand leftovers at that) isn’t worth the hassle. FFF has made it clear they have zero regard for their customers, and I just don’t really want to help enable that anymore.

  26. I decided after 15 minutes of this nonsense that I am done. I only have one more box. Not worth my time. I would rather take my time and money and go shopping at a real store and get exactly what I want.

    • Exactly. FFF follows the P. T. Barnum adage.

    • For me didn’t work at all…I attempted to get on at exactly 9am and got the “gateway timeout” consistently…

  34. Well I’m not feeling fab, fit, or fun right now. I paused my workout so i could hop on and snag things that typically sell out in the first few minutes.

  35. LOL. So much for FFF’s “exciting changes to make your membership experience more efficient and enjoyable. ” Having to refresh every 2 seconds in order to try see if the crashed website is up again, is hardly my idea of efficient or enjoyable!!

  36. Same. Can’t get their site to load on my laptop or their app to work on my phone. It’s ridiculous. They know how many subs they have they need to be able to handle that traffic. Maybe instead of paying for all these dmn commercials on TV and YouTube and paying influencers they should invest in their site. No point in all this marketing if you can’t even access the content once they’ve hooked you.

  45. Absolutely rediculous!! I can’t stand this server problem they have! They ha e had so many problems, yet have not attempted to really fix it! Why do I even bother with them every single time to just have this happen! Not worth the headaches anymore.

  50. It’s crashed…yet again. Seriously this is really inexcusable at this point. They know how many people will try to get on and their consistent inability to deliver is getting really old.
