FabFitFun Winter 2019 Add-Ons Available Now for All Subscribers

The FabFitFun Winter 2019 Add-On sale starts now for all subscribers! If you aren’t familiar, subscribers get access to the Add-On sale, and can add on products to their box at deep discounts.

All Access

  • Opens on Thursday, Nov. 14 at 9 a.m. PT.
  • Closes on Monday, Nov. 18 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

And here is the Add-On + Customization schedule for the FabFitFun Winter 2019 box:

Select Access Dates:

  • Add-Ons: Nov. 1 – Nov. 5
  • Customization: Nov. 2 – Nov. 5
  • Bill Date: Nov 7

All Access Dates:

  • Add-Ons: Nov. 14 – Nov. 18
  • Customization: Nov. 15 – Nov. 18
  • Bill Date 2: Nov 20
  • Bill Date 3: Nov 27

Starting this Winter, we will be implementing some exciting changes to make your membership experience more efficient and enjoyable. Back in June, we had announced our Long Term Shipping and Billing Improvement Plan 193 based on the feedback we collected from many of you. We are now excited to share these plans being further put into action.

First, starting in Winter, we will be moving to 3 separate billing dates (previously 2). This change will reduce the average time between billing and shipping for each of the groups. It will also help prevent shipping overlap between each group as we will begin shipping only one group at a time. Select Members will be billed and shipped exclusively within the earliest group.

  • Group 1: All Select. This includes APO/FPO/DPO address which will be automatically upgraded to Select status to honor our Active Duty Military. Stay tuned while we continue exploring other ways to verify Military in future seasons.
  • Group 2: Non-Select Members who purchase Add-Ons or add additional items to their Box during Customization and Non-Select Members who live in CA/UK/AK/HI/PR.
  • Group 3: Non-Select members that don’t fall into group 2.

The second notable change is that we’ll be launching 2 separate access windows for Add-Ons and Customization!

Select Access Add-Ons + Customization window will be exclusively for Select members. If you are an active Select member you MUST customize during this window.

All Access Add-Ons + Customization window will open after Select-Access closes. Non-Select members will have the exclusive opportunity to customize their box during this window. During this window, Non-Select members can shop Add-Ons which will ship with their Winter box.

Please note that while Select members do have access to shop Add-Ons in the All Access window, they may only purchase the specified max of the same item between both sales. For example, if a certain product has a max of 3 and a Select member purchased 1 of the product in the Select Access Add-On window, they would only be allowed to purchase 2 of that product in the All Access Add-Ons. They will also be subject to additional shipping fees because their main order would have already begun processing with the earlier shipping group.

    • Yep, it’s up….I was able to get the throw (and the Shampoo for extra $15), M/L slippers, and the bracelet. Yay!

      Now the only thing that can mess with us is that the customizations don’t “stick”. God forbid!

      • omg, don’t even think that! LOL I’m going to screenshot my account page. I was able to get my daughter’s first choices as well, then went ahead and ordered a box for myself too since my first choices make it worth the price.

  4. Welp, I’m just sitting here, refreshing the FFF site, trying to get in to customize my box….

    • Same, I’ve been waiting since before it opened to get in right when it opened. I was refreshing and couldn’t get in so it must have crashed immediately.

      • Me too, for some reason I thought it was 9a eastern for I was running in trying to get on and then had to wait a few hours w/page open watching it count down. add on’s page worked perfect till about 10 till then right on 9a Pacific site kinda crashed out and wouldn’t refresh

      • I know, same, It’s so frustrating. My screen actually went into negative numbers when I was refreshing and the site never let me in at all then froze. And on the app, I could get in to see choice links but it would just keep spinning and go blank. I can’t stay and wait for long & I’ll be so mad if it stays down and then everything is sold out later when it comes back & I’m not watching it every second for 24 hours.

  5. I keep getting a Gateway 504 Timeout when I try to customize. Is their site crashing?

  7. I picked up the purilisse candy Johnson travel set (since everyone raves about that scent and I haven’t tried it yet) the cat apron set for a Christmas gift and a cute water bottle that looks like it has poppy’s on it! Didn’t really need it but I adored the design! 🙂

  8. Has anyone ordered & received the $79 MEGA MYSTERY BUNDLE? It says 400$ value and each box has same items. I am an annual member and my box will be here Tuesday. The MEGA was sold out then, but it it now available with the regular groups add ons. I have it in my cart and trying to see if it’s worth it. I have previously ordered 2 regular mystery bundles (29$ ones) and 1 was great and the other sucked….

    • If you go to the FFF community, members have posted pictures and a list of what is in the $87 mega bundle. Staff has also stated that the seasonal one will be different, but I would expect the same types of items.

  9. I’m thinking of re-subscribing because I want that throw! Will it still be available tomorrow to select for customization? I’m not aware if FFF actually supplies enough for everyone to choose the same thing! Seems that every subscriber wants the throw! I’ll be very disappointed if I resubscribe just for that and they run out!

    • FFF has promised us that everyone will get their first choice for customization. However, they cannot guarantee that there will be enough to add extra choices for each category, option 4 is already out of stock, so you only get your first choice on that one. However, since you are obviously seasonal, you cannot customize 4 and 5 anyway, so I do not think that affects you.

    • Usually everything will available as 1st choice, but not for add-on.
      Bust to be safe, better contact CS and save the chat history.
      In worst case scenario, you can use that to cancel.

  10. I received my box yesterday, and it might be one of my favorite FFF boxes yet! I chose the throw, and it is to die for!

    • I can’t wait! I’m actually getting another box with a 2nd throw – one for the bedroom and one for the living room!

      My other 16 add-ons shipped separately n due to arrive on the 22nd. Can’t wait! ❤

    • I want to know if anyone actually bought those getaway vacation packages from last time. Those prices 😳

    • It says open to all members. I am annual and I have added stuff to my cart.

    • Yes but you have to pay shipping and if you already bought the max of something, you cannot order more.

  14. Can anyone tell me if the apron set is still available and the cost? I am considering resubbing and I would love that as an add on.

    • The Simply Whimsical Blessings and Cat Apron Sets are both still available for $14.

  15. Just jumped in and was sad to see that the sponsored add ons are all sold out 🙁 CS said they’d email if they get restocked, which was nice. If anybody sees them NOT sold out, will you shout it out?

    • Not even all annual members with early access get the sponsored add-ons – they usually sell out within minutes. I’ve never seen sponsored add-ons restocked 🤔

    • MSA has all the options posted with additional photos.

      • Yes everything is still available according to the FFF community posts. Seasonal customizes tomorrow so everything should be available at least until then.

  19. I’m an annual (last box is winter) and I was shocked to find my winter box and all of my add ons already waiting for me on my front porch yesterday. AND everything was correct and included. Maybe this new warehouse is the miracle they needed….

    • Did you get a tracking number before it showed up?

      • I did get an email on the 8th telling me my order shipped (but I missed it at the time). On the 12th I got an email that my order will “ship soon” and then the package showed up on the 13th so I was a bit confused until I went back and saw the first email.

      • I’m also an annual, received my box yesterday, and yes, was emailed a tracking number.

      • And… I just got my tracking and my box should arrive tomorrow. I also got tracking for my FFF style add ons and they will arrive on Tues. I hope fff keeps up their shipping reliability with their new warehouse. I’m also liking the new selection and shipping times for annual members.

    • I’m an annual and have not got my box yet or any tracking number.
      I also got the email on 12th that my order will “ship soon”.
      Usually I got it fast since it shipped from LA.
      Not really a problem though…I’m not in a hurry.

      • Ya, I didn’t think they were even supposed to start shipping for another few weeks. I certainly was not expecting to get a shipment notification the day after billing (which is why I missed the email). Not sure if I just lucked out or they were “making up” for the last few boxes since mine shipped super late and I had a bunch of issues. I’m sure yours will ship soon…I’m assuming they staggered the billing dates now so they can focus on actually getting out the annuals first.

    • Oooo did you get the throw? – and if so, are you pleased with it?
