Ladies, check the personalized baby registry and get items off there instead of this! I personally wouldn’t want any bath products by Johnson’s loaded with fragrance, as a breastfeeding mother I wouldn’t use the formula (and even if someone does use formula, this may not be what they want), the oil roll-on is okay but it’s only for babies 6+ months, and companies (Amazon, Motherhood) are always giving out those Avent bottles for free. The thought is sweet, but odds are the mother has pacifiers, bottles, and bath products she would prefer over these on the registry 🙂 food for thought.

FYI My store location has several of them I tried to purchase 2 and it said it was unable to be sold due to a recall, and they would not sell them to me. I went back yesterday and they were all pulled off the shelves. Bummer because it was a great deal

What was recalled? I just picked mine up 10 minutes ago?

I’m not sure, they tried to ring it up and called a manger. When the manager came she said the error was ringing up as recalled. When I went back I checked to see if they still had them on the shelf and it was empty the sign was still up but they had removed them all and they had at least 10+ when I tried to buy them

Ok, I’m a little older and my kids are in their 30s. I immediately thought of my expecting niece when I saw this! Then the more I looked at it I didn’t like it.
My question is if your breastfeeding then a lot of this is useless, right?

Only the formula samples *may* not be needed, but it may be nice to have on hand in case she ends up not being able to breast feed or has an emergency and someone else is caring for the baby. That happened to me with my first, went in for a quick work meeting and got stuck due to bad weather. My hubby thankfully was able to use a formula sample and get baby fed which is the most important part.

I was just thinking this! My friend who lives in another state is due to deliver any day now and I’d love to send this along to her as a gift along with a couple boxes of diapers or something.

Congrats to your friend! May I make a suggestion on something else to send her? If she plans on breastfeeding..lanolin cream! It’s one thing when I needed it, I was so so happy I had it.

I wish they had delivery options other than pickup. Such a bummer. Would love to send as gifts.
