I went to order one for my husband and they are charging delivery on this one. I do not believe I have ever paid delivery before. Is there usually a code for that?

Beauty Expert along with Lookfantastic and Glossybox have the worst customer service in the online beauty market. Their reps are like robots who don’t understand most of what you tell them. Those 3 stores are all part of the Hut group btw. Also, please be careful ordering from Beauty Expert because if something goes wrong or you have issues with some products, you have to pay international shipping fee to return to UK as they don’t operate in the US. I have found this the hard way and their CS refuse to help.

I meant to post this in the BE box, but I guess because Mankind is also part of the Hut Group, my mind just did the posting for me here. Lol.
I have never bought from Mankind though but would avoid since it’s same type shopping as Beauty Expert, they operate only from UK.

It’s usually free. I tested it, and I’m also getting the tracking option at $9.99 as the only shipping option available, but when I looked at their Delivery Options (link at the bottom of their site) it says that it should be free. I think it’s a glitch in their system. Maybe you can email them to inquire about it?

My husband tried to buy it, and shipping showed up. I did live chat, and the agent said that item doesn’t qualify for free US shipping. He didn’t buy it. Maybe if it is still around later and discounted.
