NewBeauty TestTube September 2019 FULL SPOILERS!

November spoilers are in!

I was charged on the 17th for this box. Today I received an email that they are processing my refund. I didn’t ask for a refund. 🤷‍♀️ I wonder if someone called in for a refund and they pulled up the wrong account? I’ll be making a call tomorrow.

At first I was kind of “Meh” about this box, then realized I will actually use most of it, surprisingly, the shampoo’s the most. I am digging out the bottom of the barrel of my box shampoo and I just bought some Kenra and Living Proof Dry Shampoo since I ran out of them from my boxes. Once I stopped washing my hair everyday, my hair got fuller and less frizzy.

I love facial oils – use them night and day – but I have 7 of them right now – four full sized. I have started using them on my body.

I am sort of excited about the steam facial. Looks fun. Also – essences are a nice add.

The other item – I will see if my daughter, an Esthetician in California has a use for it.

I think it’s a great box. If you look at their website the Dermabuilder comes with an applicator too. Whew! I think it’s an interesting selection and I’m looking forward to it arriving.

I called the 1-888 number to cancel and got an answering machine! What?!? Literally had to leave a message to try to cancel.
Has anyone had trouble canceling this subscription?

I subscribe to several boxes and no other box provides such innovative products with such high value. Super excited to see a product I can take to my derm and use! No other box has such amazing finds!!

I’m looking at the top of the derma thing and thinking if I put a syringe in and draw it out I could then put it on my face. Just a thought.

I found a Hydrafacial provider within a mile of my house (and literally 3 blocks from my last place, ha!), plus my birthday is in 2 weeks, so maybe I’ll treat myself.

Meh, I keep waiting for another great month, but this isn’t it. Glad it’s amazing for some people. I’ll be keeping my money.

this is one of my favorites so far! i’ve been wanting to try HydraFacial and now I definitely am going to! also the skin-care products in this one are really unique. can’t wait to receive this one!

The Spas that offer the hydra facial around my area are charging $145 for a 50 to $225 for a 80 min. I wish I could do this at home esp that I’m an esthetician !

Sad box…!

If in fact the procedure that involves dermabuilder must be performed at the facility that performs hydrafacials I think that somebody at NewBeauty should do a quick damage control and swap an actual ‘refill’ booster for a coupon. Seems like a good idea that just was executed poorly.

I am perfectly happy with this tube! With the exception of the one item, I think it’s well worth the money spent. There’s always one dud in every box imo..

The dermabuilder is useless.. I look up for a spa that offers the treatment and absolutely nowhere in a 100 mile radius.. not impress with TT

I love TestTube so so much. Every tube I’m excited about and they somehow always exceed my expectations even after I’ve seen full spoilers!

With this one we get a nice face oil, a tea facial steaming kit, a nice essence, a nice hydrating face cleanser, nice dry shampoo, good probiotics, and a deep cleaning nice shampoo, annnd some item that it appears needs to be taken to a hydrafacial spa to be used as an add on to the service (mention coupon code of : new beauty) . That’s a heck of a lot of awesome stuff! And I’m excited about several products! Love this sub box (tube lol) !!

As far as I’m concerned the Dermabuilder should not have any value or be included in the value. It requires a salon only procedure and tool and most salons and spa will not let you bring it in for them to use because of health and safety issues. They have no way of knowing how you got it or where or what conditions it’s been stored in. If any place says ok to bringing it in I would actually be concerned about possible lax safety conditions.

HOW DO YOU CONTACT THEM to cancel? When I try to email I get a message saying “This app can’t open.” When I called it told me to leave a message and I would get a call back, but I never got a call. Does anyone have an email address?

I checked the website for the derma builder, looks like you need some type of cartridge and a tip to use 😧 I never go to spas so not sure how else to utilize this?

I was really happy about the box until I realized the first item is a cartridge for a device used in spas. That seems silly.

Test Tube has this on their page about the dermabuilder I think this is no different than sponsored freebies in other boxes.
