Cute!! I have to take a moment to admit that even as a fully functioning adult, with a house, dogs, a cat, a husband, (the list goes on) I still resort to grabbing a bag of frozen peas when I need a cold pack or just suffering in silence when I need a hot pack. I know my mom used to keep something similar to this in our freezer, and I used it a ton since I was a super clumsy kid. I have no idea why I don't own one of these. You can fill this silicone bag with hot water or freeze it for cold. It is a nice size and I personally love the pink color.

Also included was a truly charming little knit cover for the water bag. It reminds me of an adorable sweater! This is perfect for when you need less direct skin contact or just want something soft to hold.
Verdict: MightyBody always sends me something I didn't know I needed. I am really excited to have one of these now, especially since Will is currently working on remodeling our bedroom and is always bumping or bruising himself. I love this simple subscription and its thoughtful items!
