  1. Did anyone ever receive their free box?

    • Nope! I’m so annoyed because today I was charged for the August box. I dismissed the charge and canceled the subscription. I totally forgot about signing up for the subscription because nothing ever happened! I contacted them today to see what’s up

      • The same thing is happening to me. I’m getting nowhere with their CS and have tried to escalate. So frustrating and shady! How did you dismiss the charge?

        • Ugh!! This it’s so annoying!! I had to go on my bank account to cancel the charge. I was not going to pay $35 when I haven’t received my free box yet! I hope that made sense.

        • sorry, I meant through PayPal I was able to cancel it.

          • They have a track record for not giving these promotions. I never received mine during a $5 deal a while ago. It was supposedly lost in the mail. They wouldn’t send me a replacement. I had to fight to at least get a refund. Very shady company. Will never buy anything from them again.

    • Wow. That’s ridiculous. I’m so annoyed now. PayPal told me I couldn’t dismiss the charge because it was authorized. UGH!!!! I don’t know what to do now.

      • Ugh! I tried via PayPal dispute also. I haven’t heard back yet but I’m sure they’ll say the same. I’m trying to escalate with Emma & Chloe too. So mad!

        • Make sure that they actually give you a refund when they say they did. I never got the box and they told me they were giving me a refund but a month later I realized they never gave it to me. I had to email again to finally get it. It took a lot of back and forth but I was not going to let them get away with charging me and not sending a box.

          • Boo, they denied my dispute of the charge as well! I guess I learned my lesson with this one. Luckily the first one was free and I may be able to sell both items to get back some of my money. And keep warning people about this sub. 🤨

  2. I signed up and it said zero on the total screen. I hope it wasn’t a scam, that would be messed up!

  3. I was not charged with the code. Balance was zero. Not sure what happened to the other girls.

    • I had no problems with it either. I signed up with a different email last week, used the code, then cancelled my subscription.

  6. I signed up using the free code, total said 0$ & after I hit complete purchase – I saw they charged my card the $35, so I now I have to email them & tell them to cancel. It was a scam. Very upset.

  7. They have *so* many promotions. Are they doing ok?
