Just received my box after waiting for 1 month (ordered June 22). Super excited to FINALLY get my items and guess what? Tarte bundle was missing. Just beyond annoyed with FFF right now.

Omg!! Mine too!! Super disappointing since there was a $20 coupon I could have used instead.

I am so disappointed about this company. Placed an order in MAY and never shipped.
They kept saying it’s processing then the warehouse is moving, they don’t know when it will ship out. Ridiculous. I asked them for a refund and cancel the order since they don’t know when they will be able to ship out anything.

This two-piece bundle is great! But I am wondering about the box itself. If I were to join as a seasonal subscriber, would I get all of the seasonal subscriber choices, or might some of the items be sold out at this point? I took a look at the post showing the choices, and I really would only want the Sol de Janiero for that customization.

I activated my FFF subscription today after getting the starter box. I got that starter box for $5 which was valued at $218! I got the year subscription and basically paid for that with the Skin 111 face masks that are worth $160 & then I also got a Tarte Bundle with it for free! Insane!

What was in the starter box? I’m waiting on mine and super curious to know.

Mine had a scarf, dr Brandt microdermabrasion age defying exfoliate, skin & co Roma truffle therapy radiant dew & Rene furterer hydrating shine hair mask.

Molly

I live my fff box even more now that I have it in hand. The items all look better in person, smelling them, using them… And my mystery item was perfect for me (Dr. Brandt pores no more cleanser). I’m happy this season.

Annual subscriber, ordered 3 add ons with this box. This is my 3rd box (2nd with the annual sub) with FFF. First time I’ve been disappointed. Finally received a shipping notice today. I did get an email the other day that I am getting a $25 credit for the delay. Why try to get new subs when you can’t keep up with the current?

Reply ButtonReply

justsayno

According to fff staff on the fff forum, you should actually be getting a $50 credit. $25 for not being shipped priority(this one is for annual members only), then another $25 for their missing the shippong deadline date of June 16(this one for everyone in tje first billing group that didn’t get their orders shipped on time). They did clarify that annual members who didn’t get their orders shipped by the deadline do get bith credits, $50 total.

Stacy

Thank you. I’m contacting them now. I did receive one $25 credit

Christy

I feel like this is using the term “bundle” very loosely.

Molly

I agree. But, I love both of those items. I even thought for a second, “maybe I should order a second box.” Lol

Yet I just read the comments on the Ipsy review and so many posts on people not receiving their Ipsy box yet that it’s sitting at a shipping center for days. There is no rhyme or reason as to how these subscription boxes ship, they don’t seem to send them out on the same day. I got my FFF the beginning of the month with my yearly subscription. I’ve found their customer service great.

Waiting on my yearly box, again. so disappointments

They sent me an email to re-sub for $10 off. So they do have offer some deals to previous subscribers, not as good as new sub but if you don’t want to go through the hassle of creating new email and FFF account, this is an option too.

Maybe they should finish shipping out to their already paid members before offering free gifts with new memberships. They fell well behind the ftc regulated shipping deadline and their own promises of shipping order with tons of annuals as well as seasonals with add ons–so much that they are issuing $25-50 credits to those affected (how much depends on the situation). Why keep trying to add to the membership when they clearly can’t handle what they already have?!

I just received notification that my box would be shipped in the middle of July. This is just my second box and I was going to say that summer will be over before I receive it but where I live summer may drag on until October or November what with global warming!!!

Reply ButtonReply

justsayno

Oh wow, wtf?! How is that even possible? Are you an annual member? Either way, that is totally ridiculous. I hope you were offered a credit. Wtf are they seeking new members if they are not sending current orders out until July?!

True. Theres perks for both..I prefer to pick items I want but I dont want to pay the full amount up front anymore. Tired of how fff keeps messing up. Was a loyal annual subscriber for 5 years up until this year. They have gotten too big to handle their shiz.

Agreed. I LOVED fff, but with ipsy plus and their reliable shipping and customer service, I cancelled fff!!! I haven’t regretted it at all!!

If my Ipsy & $36 of Add Ons wasn’t “en route to dhl ecommerce distribution center” for the past 11 days, I would agree with you. All the CS said was reply to the email if i don’t receive it by the 21st. Completely sucks.

Kay

Liz, is this for new subscriber only? I cancelled my subscription a while ago…

I’m going to have to stop just renewing my sub, because I always miss out on these offers. I’m going to cancel after my year is up and just keep an eye out for this kind of thing, and resub using a different email address and maybe even my middle name. It’s really frustrating that loyal customers lose out. Why not have a thank-you gift for those of us who have subbed for years?

Annuals also get first dibs on the add-ons. Many of them are so greedy that they take large amounts of everything they “might” want and then go through it all at the end of the add-on time frame leaving everyone else to scavenge through what is left and constantly checking back while waiting for people to dump their stash. It definitely dampers add-ons for those without annuals. I won’t sub yearly because I do not like all the the boxes. This summer box is the first box I wanted in a long time. So I wait quarter to quarter and then if I want the box, I wait until the $10 off with a free mystery bundle. And now that Seasonals get more choices and I can pick something I want from each choice available and I like enough of the random grouping items, I will sub. And I still get access to add-ons. FFF has evolved from the initial business model to where it is more beneficial to be a Seasonal than an Annual, in my opinion. My Mystery bundle wasn’t exciting for me personally but I now have 3 awesome gifts for people I know will love them. And I loved my box. I chose the towel, which is awesome for those of us who have never had such an expensive towel before, the face masks, the wine cups, which I am using as holders for all of my pink Luxies brushes on my vanity) and I added on the bowls. And they are awesome too. I ended up with a heavy skin/body/hair care box which is what I said I preferred most in my boxes. I ended up feeling like what I got as a Seasonal outweighed the benefits of a Annual especially if the Annual doesn’t want the box.

amyr

Annuals can’t be greedy. We can only get 3 of what we want.

It is a perk of paying up front — the downside of annual is you are locked into boxes you may not like.

AC

Because annual members get first access to the sales, and get to pick more items for each box. I don’t know why some continue to forget this?

Jacki

The realities of how annuals’ “perks” have worked out the last 3 seasons is not easily forgotten.

I always think of a “bundle” of at least three or more??
