I am not able to cancel my subscription because it was a yearly subscription and even though it’s been 3 years, I still have to complete the rest of the year. Not happy as I need to cut back on samples.

Not for me….I don’t think they could come up with anything that could make me sign up again. I (hopefully) just got my sub cancelled. Ordered a 3-month sub back in Feb for the bogo box, and set my account to NOT auto-renew, and lo and behold, I get charged for May.
As I’m chatting to the CS rep, telling her that I want it canceled and refunded, they push through my “it’s shipped!” email. The woman also could not possibly understand that even though it said my sub was active, the subscription page itself said Auto-Renew off and kept sending me condescending messages about how I agreed to the terms and yadda yadda…
Horrible customer service. Sent in an email with a screenshot of the page to show them their site was messed up and 3 days later they finally respond and tell me oops, I’ll cancel your sub for you. But I’m stuck with a box I don’t want now.

Thanks to everyone for sharing their problems. I know that some people get butthurt when people complain or vent, but I think it’s important to know what problems may arise with a sub, and what proof I need to keep if I am charged incorrectly, or I have some other issue.

Same thing happened to me. I made SURE that auto-renew was off. I called and they did not care. They have lost me as a customer and I will spread the word.

They did the same thing to me as well. I got charged for May when my auto- renew was shut off as well. If they don’t refund me like they said they would, I’m finished with LF!

I actually had the same type of problem this month. They told me I couldn’t cancel my month to month subscription until after my box shipped. I felt like they were trying to get me to forget about it so they could charge me again. I think I got it taken care of yesterday and it shows cancelled, but I’ll be checking my card to make sure they don’t charge me. I won’t sign up again no matter what they offer after this fiasco.

May seems to be full size based on RV mentioned.
June seems to be sample sized because RV mentioned is £25.
But both look good 😊
