I got the red geranium and moss.

Bunny is totally within her rights to expect a replacement if she was promised one.

And as far as learning to accept imperfections: first of all, we don’t need any finger pointing around here. We are all entitled to express our opinions and talk about our experiences with different sub boxes as long as we do so in a respectful manner. Second, with sub boxes, we all know that there are going to be some items we love and some that we don’t. It’s the nature of sub boxes. But if the product is noticeably defective or of poor quality, people are going to request replacements. If you got a broken candle, would you just admire it for its beautiful scent, or would you request a replacement? Yeah, that’s what I thought.

To put the matter to rest, I looked. It’s a bleeding heart. And it’s a far uglier version than what is on Etsy. I would have loved the yellow yarrow. I do have the right to not like it. Empowerment is also about making individual decisions and thoughts instead of being guided into liking something that isn’t appealing. I wish Goddess never offered the replacement!

I’ve enjoyed this box thus far! I wasn’t super happy with last month’s, but found use for most of the items. Which made a nice addition to my alter. I usually have one subscription box at a time! So I pick one I can use & enjoy fully. I tend to get very sad when it’s a dud.

I’m always excited to get this box! I try to stay away from the spoilers :/ but doesn’t happen. Lol.

I love the tea they provide, its a nice treat! I drink tea everyday along with lemon water & try to stay away from anything else including coffee. Im on a budget so buy tea from the 99 cent store! Getting tea like this feels like a luxury for me.

Excited to receive it in a few days! Nice surprise since I got called into Jury Duty Monday for the first time & my having panic attacks anxiety over it x_x

I must be the only person in the world who does not drink tea. Oh well, it makes a great gift for some coworkers or can easily be swapped on the swap site. I do appreciate that the teas they offer are very unique.

I am enjoying my GP subscription quite a bit, but I do wish that they would release some spoilers prior to billing us and would allow a skip option. Spoilers always come out after we have already paid for the box.

They promised to replace my flower resin crystal weeks ago! They told me they would give me a new crystal when I sent in photos. They responded right away with a form promising the crystal within 5 days.

Why do I have to go around chasing for this item? This is unacceptable customer service. You cannot promise something and then ghost. This was a gift. Now I’m stuck with this profusely ugly crystal with a brown yellow weed.

It’s dried yarrow. I got the same one and I think it’s unique and beautiful. This box is about appreciation and empowerment… like, you do you if you really feel you need to put up a fight for this item… but I would take it as a sign to learn to appreciate imperfections and shift your perspective.

i got yarrow too. i wondered if the majority got that. they prob had an abundance of those over the other more sellable flowers.

Bunny

I actually had zero intention of emailing them, but was told to do so. I did and they promised to send a replacement. Now they ghost me. Not cool. They should have just said, “Sorry, too bad”. It’s NOT yarrow.

Anne

Was your resin point damaged, or you just dont like the flower you got? I got yarrow as well and like it a lot! I like to find joy in things which seem ugly on the surface.
That said, when I had a broken item a while back I had the replacement in hand a week later. So clearly someone forgot to do something! I’d email again.

I emailed them again. Let’s see if they answer.
I emailed because Meagan from MSA said I should try as my resin flower looked like a weed (not yarrow) with no color and the resin had several noticeable bubbles. I can understand imperfections, but dried brown weed with lots of bubbles. Goddess was the one who offered to replace as soon as I emailed with the pictures. I filled out the form and nada.

I emailed first thing this morning…let’s see if I’m ghosted.
