FabFitFun Summer 2019 Box Add-Ons Spoilers!

I was told that some extras were going up to $15.00 because of their retail price, and some are staying at the $10.00.

I purchased a spring editor’s box last Sunday and received it Thursday, so that seems very odd. I live in AZ for reference, and it came from CA.

Mine, too. I keep chatting in to customer service and they keep asking me to be patient but it’s over a month now and tbh that’s just ridiculous.

A shoe repair shop can fix that strap in a sec and should not be very costly.

I got burned the last sale. I put some things in my cart as soon as shopping opened to annual subscribers. Some items were missing from the box of addons that I received from FFF – but it was noted they would ship separately. After several more weeks of not getting the items I contacted FFF and they told me they had run out of stock and so my order for those items was cancelled. Of course I never got a notice of that. But how is it even possible that they oversell an item? And seriously- if they oversold that’s their mistake and they need to make it right. It’s not like the companies that made the stock went out of business. They could have ordered more. And they never sent me an email about any of this. I had to call them to find this out. In the meantime, some of the things I had ordered had gone on sale on another site and I would have bought them if I knew my FFF had fallen through. The way they do business is a total joke. I can’t wait until my sub is over!

I got an email saying I would be getting a refund on a couple of items. But if you’re getting multiple shipments maybe they were able to pull your order together. The whole situation has been pretty frustrating! I hope you get your full order! Good luck.

Me too! I was surprised how much I love that Tula cleanser from the Spring box. I really don’t like the smell, but it’s done wonders for my complexion. Now I’m hoping they’ll have more Tula items in the add ons because I’d like to try more Tula products.

I had the same problem!! It’s so disappointing! I’m a seasonal subscriber so I had to stalk the website for days to get the products that I wanted! Such a waste of time.

I agree. I’m annual and had three items oos and paid for them. Theyn they refund my items. Now the site for add ons is down? I’m over the sales. Amazon works fine to grab the items I need and no hassles like this.

I’ve bought most of them with the sales and will continue to do so! They are great quality and extremely durable. I use them as my weekend purses while I’m out running around.

I have it in dark blue. The quality of the bag is great but the design is the waxy print on top of the material. So it doesnt wear down well but the bag should last a really long time.

They may not be! I adore them but I suspect a lot of people will hate them 🙂 too big or too weird. I dont have pierced ears but I want them anyway! And can use clip on converters.

If you add it to your favorites and refresh the page a few times, you can probably still get it. People add a bunch of stuff to their cart right away but tend to “declutter” as it get closer to paying.

oh man, my husband used to use my shampoo ( not the cheap kind ) he would shower then half of the bottle would be gone !! at least yours will look good in old age ??? 🤣🤣
