Dia Active April 2019 - Box

Dia Active is an activewear styling service that caters to women clothing in plus sizes 14 and up. Upon enrolling with Dia Active, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, style, price range, and what activities and/or sports I partake in. For $20, a Dia Active stylist selects five curated pieces sent directly to me! I am able to try them on at the convenience of my own home and only pay for pieces I decide to keep! The $20 styling fee is applied to whatever I do keep, but if I keep the entire box 25% is taken off as well!

Dia Active April 2019 - Box Inside

The items in my box are chosen personally for me and reflect my style and price preferences, so the package you receive from Dia Active may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co. Active Box April Review

Dia Active April 2019 - Booklet 3

This note from my stylist was included. She explains why she picked some of the items she chose for me.

Dia Active April 2019 - Booklet 2

Also included was this invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, and color of each item she selected for me. This box was sent for review purposes, so the prices have been removed, but I listed the retail value below next to each item. If the prices were on the invoice, it would also show the total for all five items, the $20 credit for the styling fee, and the 25% discount if I decide to keep all five items.

Dia Active April 2019 - Bra Dia Active April 2019 - Bra 2

Chari Sports Bra by Marika – Cost to Keep $50

In terms of sports bras I have received from Dia Active, this is a really unique one. It has the support of a sports bra, but it looks like a regular black bra, especially with the sheer panels in the back. I guess that makes it somewhat more versatile, but I would never wear it without an outer layer or two. I like that it has a regular bra closure! In general, I like the bra a lot, but it doesn’t really have that sports bra feel.

Dia Active April 2019 - Blue Dia Active April 2019 - Blue 2

Barberry Tee by Shape Activewear – Cost to Keep $44

This is a fun workout tee! I like the colors a lot. It is a synthetic blend, and while I prefer natural fibers on top, it is really comfortable. The darker blue sections are a fine mesh, and the sleeves have raw hems. It’s funky!

Dia Active April 2019 - Pants

Butler Petite Yoga Pant by ActiveZone – Cost to Keep $50

This is the second or third time Dia Active has sent me petite workout pants, and I have to say, it’s a really good call! The length on these is simply perfect! These are also a synthetic blend, but they have a natural fiber feel. They are also nice and stretchy. These would be really awesome for yoga! They are snug but not constricting at all.

Dia Active April 2019 - White Dia Active April 2019 - White 2

Fleur Tee by ActiveZone – Cost to Keep $34

This cotton blend knit tee is super soft and comfortable.  I also like the tiny black and white print. Unfortunately, it is not a good cut for me.  It is too long and straight. I do like the open neckline, however, and the stitching on the seams is subtly stylish.

Dia Active April 2019 - Leggings Dia Active April 2019 - Leggings 2

Rosada Tights by Marika – Cost to Keep $55

These leggings are so cool! They have a natural fiber feel, too, which I am really enjoying, but the main reason I love them is all the pockets! There is a key pocket at the inner waist (shown above), and the two lace panels on the sides of the legs are pockets as well. I think the sheer stripes down the sides are sporty and cute, and the lacey pockets look really fun and different. I love these!

Verdict: I am loving my subscription to Dia Active! This month, the bottoms were at the top of my list! Both the leggings and the navy yoga pants are so awesome! I have to say, of all the styling boxes I have tried, I really feel like Dia is the one that most closely reads my feedback and actually tries to make my next box even better. They also have good prices. I love Dia Active! I can’t wait for my next box!

To Wrap Up:

Can you still get this box if you sign up today? Dia Active curates its boxes based on each individual’s preferences as well as what’s available. What you get might not be the same as what I got, but you also might get something that fits your style and body even better than the looks above! Sign up and see what they choose for you!

Value Breakdown: This box has a $20 styling fee and includes free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $233. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 styling fee for the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I’d end up spending $154.75 for the whole box. That’s a discount of about 34%. That’s a great deal!

  1. Love the blue on you! The little key pocket is a great bonus! I’m glad they put those in these things now. I have a razorback tank that has a little pocket on one of the shoulder straps! Did you keep anything?
