Dia Active March 2019 - Box

Dia & Co Active

Dia Active is an activewear styling service that caters to women clothing in plus sizes 14 and up. Upon enrolling with Dia Active, I filled out an extensive survey asking me about my clothing size/weight/height, style, price range, and what activities and/or sports I partake in. For $20, a Dia Active stylist selects five curated pieces sent directly to me! I am able to try them on at the convenience of my own home and only pay for pieces I decide to keep! The $20 styling fee is applied to whatever I do keep, but if I keep the entire box 25% is taken off as well!

The items in my box are chosen personally for me and reflect my style and price preferences, so the package you receive from Dia Active may be entirely different than mine!

Dia & Co. Active Box March Review

Dia Active March 2019 - Booklet

This note from my stylist was included. She explains why she picked some of the items she chose for me.

Dia Active March 2019 - Booklet 2

Also included was this invoice that has a detailed list of the brand, name, and color of each item she selected for me. This box was complimentary, so the prices have been removed, but I listed the retail value below next to each item. If the prices were on the invoice, it would also show the total for all five items, the $20 credit for the styling fee, and the 25% discount if I decide to keep all five items.

Dia Active March 2019 - Bra Dia Active March 2019 - Bra 2

Wildsee Zip Front Sports Bra by Rainbeau Curves – Cost to Keep $35.95

I do love a zip-front bra! They are so much easier to put on! This one is nice and supportive without being so tight I can't breathe. I also like colorful workout attire, so this is perfect!

Dia Active March 2019 - Hoodie

Hana Hoodie by Marika – Cost to Keep $55

This hoodie is also simply perfect! It's not exactly lightweight, but it's definitely not thick either. I guess you would call it a medium weight cotton blend knit. It's very soft and comfortable! I also like the kangaroo pocket, and it's my favorite color, dark purple!

Dia Active March 2019 - Leggings

Avalon 7/8 Tights by Marika - Cost to Keep $52

I love leggings by Marika, they have just the right amount of compression. These are also 7/8, which makes them the perfect length for my short legs. I am just not really in love with the navy and black color blocking. My husband liked them a lot, but they are just not my style.

Dia Active March 2019 - Tee Dia Active March 2019 - Tee 2

Hawthorn Side Knot Tee by Marc NY - Cost to Keep $38

This is kind of a strange tee if I'm being honest. It's not a knot exactly, and it's not simply ruching either. It's kind of bunched up and sewn into place? I also don't like the color with my complexion. I'm afraid this tee is just not for me. It is a super soft lightweight cotton knit. I do prefer natural fiber tops.

Dia Active March 2019 - Leggings 2

Union Color Block Tights by Day/Won - Cost to Keep $72

These leggings are awesome! I am such a sucker for a star print. These are really supportive yet comfortable. The compression is ideal. I am not in love with the color scheme, but otherwise, they are fantastic.

Verdict: I am loving my subscription to Dia Active! This month I really love the star leggings and the purple hoodie. I am also always happy to have a good quality zip-front sports bra! I have to say, of all the styling boxes I have tried, I really feel like Dia is the one that most closely reads my feedback and actually tries to make my next box even better. They also have good prices. I love Dia Active! I can't wait for my next box!

Value Breakdown: This box has a $20 styling fee and includes free shipping and returns. The total retail value of the items inside is $252.95. The cost of each item is listed alongside it above, but if I choose to keep at least 5 items, I get a 25% discount. The $20.00 styling fee for the box would also be applied to the purchase, meaning I’d end up spending $169.71 for the whole box. That's a discount of about 33%. That's a great deal!
