If I get mascara AGAIN, I’m done with PLAY. I just got one last month. This will be my third box and so far, I have not been impressed with the offerings in regards to how they actually follow our profiles.

I gave up on Sephora Play after the March box arrived I cancelled Play. Never had anything to do with my profile and way to many repeat items.

This is the top of my list for worst subscription box EVER. Sephora caused me box envy every time I received a shipment. They did a horrible job of sending a box even near my profile. If I need to try any of these, I will either go into the store and request a sample. Trust me, they have more than you think. Or I will have them put a sample in one of those tiny containers. They have little vials for fragrance if you want a sample before committing to an entire bottle. Never again for me!

Last month I received an email saying I will get the Nars lipstick and some other products that I was excited for… when I for the box it was th wrong box with 3 repeated products. So I called customer service and complained and they gave me 250 points… i decide to cancel until later. The glam glow looks nice, but i would rather wait or just purchase the product out right.

I would love to get the night cream but I am sure it would be the eyeliner. Or is it supposed to be a mascara? The picture shows eyeliner but the list says mascara. I have serious FOMBEL – fear of more black eyeliner. I do use them, give them away to friends & family, & even use some in my art work but I still have over a dozen I have never opened.

That’s the IT Cosmetics Brow Power — it is the best brow pencil! It stays all day long and looks so natural. The Universal Taupe shade is for any complexion, it just depends on how light or heavy you apply it. You will love it!

The brow pencil on the right does have a spoolie on one end, which might be why you are thinking it is a mascara.
